On 06/01/2021 I had made an appointment to take my care 2013 Jaguar XJL because I had a leak. It took them an hour before they looked at my car even though I had an appointment. Then it took them 4 hours before they returned and said that I need a water pump. I had a warranty on the car and I gave them the information to contact them. They did not contact them until 3 days later (06/04/2021) and when they did it was after hours and on a weekend. On the 7th the ordered everything and they repaired my car the same day I called them and said that my car smoking and coolant light was on and that said that the smoke was from the residue from fluid change out would burn off. The next day I added fluid level because it was low so I took car back and they could not attend to the car because they were booked and the only time that was available was Tuesday the 8th off June. Now that is 2 days later which I had an appointment for 10 30 and did not see my car until 12 45 at 3 00pm they said that I have a gasket leak and they needed to keep the car it is now the 23rd of June and I still do not have the car I keep on getting excuses. I have already paid 573.74 on the 11th June now they have had my car with in this month 21 days. I have just moved here and I have had to post pone 2 job interviews and several VA appointments could some please help me with getting my returned to me.
Desired outcome: Since I have not had my car in over 3 weeks I would the money that was paid returned to.
While they doing a pressure check to see where the leak was coming from they went to work on other cars and forgot to check on my car until I asked how much longer. I am not sure who order parts and contact warranty company but there not doing it. Your shop supervisor is also not doing his or her job they should be constantly checking on the time they spend on each job that is assigned to them.
