Firestone Complete Auto Care review: Service

Sorry I have to make a complaint like this but just feel I have to. Yesterday January 8th around 11:30 am and was about 30 miles from home and my dashboard started dinging stating my tires are low, I see a firestone shop at 6480 Brockport Spencerport Rd and felt they could help me, they sell tires, I go in and the male behind the counter (sorry I don't have his name} was taking care of the one customer that was there, I told him of my problem, very quirt he tells me he can't take care of me for a couple of hours so I asked if I could use the air and once again he can't help me for a couple of hours. Now I'm a 68yo grey hair female that he turns away with a tire problem. That's my complaint, the uncaring attitude of this gentlemen. I always thought that Firestone was a good place. I don't want him disciplined just talked to about how to treat people in any situation they are in with humanity. How would he feel if someone did that to his mother, wife, daughter.
