The next day they sent me email that my return was approved after I receive it I could send it back...For a few bucks of profits they just don't wanna help at all... Company that should not be in business, horrible and unprofessional people... STAY AWAY FROM IT

Horrible service, slow shipping
Horrible service, slow shipping. I placed an order and it was split into two shipments. One arrived and one did not. Upon speaking with the ECS team they notified me that I had inputted an invalid address. Keep in mind that this was one order, and two shipments, and the first shipment has already arrived at my invalid address. The ECS team was rude when the issue was brought to their attention, and said Id have to repurchase the parts and hope my address wasnt invalid again. I still have not received a refund for the first order. I Would not recommend anyone shop with ECS Tuning.
Ordered a few items for my high-performance AMG. None of them fit. I returned them with an RMA and they allege I only returned 1 of 3 items, despite the fact that I returned everything in the original shipping box, and the shipping company confirms the package weight as the same as the original shipment. I emailed and called, still nothing. Had to submit a dispute with my credit card company. If you want to waste time and resources, these are the people for you.

I purchased 4 ECS V4 rotors less than 2 years ago. After very little use in normal driving conditions all 4 got warped. I contacted customer service and was given the option of a refund or exchange. I opted for an exchange and told them I would send the old ones back. They never sent me a replacement and when I called they said they would need the old ones back. I told them I could not take it off without replacing it but they didnt understand that. I offered to buy new ones and send the old ones back for a refund but they refused. They would not back their product and are making it difficult to replace the item.
I ordered a few items from ECS Tuning that were all in stock. Normally when in stock it ships next day. My order didnt ship til a week later. They dont advise you or nothing and when you call them they leave you on hold for over 30 minutes. They say order is going to ship out and never does. It looks like you just have to wait til when ever they ship it. Is really upsetting because most of us need the parts. So basically dont order from them because they take way to long to deliver.
Placed an order that was labeled IN STOCK according to the website weeks ago. Still have yet to see a change in the status. It only states "Received" which by their definition: The product(s) on your order are in stock and should be processed by our shipping department within 24 hours excluding weekends (1 business day). Obviously this hasn't happened. I attempted to call them but was on the line for 20 mins waiting until I had to hang up. BAD SERVICE.
The worst online parts company I've ever dealt with! I order tens of thousands in parts yearly so I deal with a hundred orders a year. Please use any other one than ECS, the quality of customer service deserves no stars. Somehow getting the wrong part because they had the wrong picture on their website seems to be my problem, and they aren't refunding!? The haven't answered a single email sent (4X) and it took 3 phone tries to get through to a person. If you Google reviews you will quickly find I am far from alone in this conclusion.
They shipped parts via FedEx. FedEx never delivered and denied both ECS and my own claims. Once this happened ECS stated they couldn't do anything for me. So I'm out over $*** and they just kept my money without ever satisfying my order. FedEx is gonna get yet another bad review for falsifying a delivery attempt and losing my package as well.

I have purchased several items from ECS
I have purchased several items from ECS. But the last transaction deserves a 2 star or even 1 star. Basically, I ordered a gas line hose and paid extra for the overnight Saturday shipment. The sales rep on the phone promised it can arrive on Sat. Well, guess what? It didn't and arrived on Monday instead. I called back and they issued an RMA to refund the extra shipping charge back to me because they missed the shipment. Now 5 weeks later and a few emails to ECS, they are just ignoring me and never refunded my money. It's a pity because it's only about $35, but they still refuse to take ownership of their decommitment. I even have an RMA# and they still won't give me a refund. I will be disputing thru my credit card company, but I'm disappointed because it shouldn't be so difficult.

From saying items are in stock when they are not to not even returning emails or phone calls the service I've received from ECS has been terrible. After doing business with this company for almost 10 years i will never buy another product from them. They posted one night a brand new ECS brand front sway bar and link kit, so i ordered it the night it got posted. Said eta would be about a week after a month from ordering I contacted ECS and they said they will check and call me back and then never called me back. They blame covid when they cant even track their own inventory or return calls or emails. I will never do business with ECS Tuning ever again. Anyone trying to purchase parts please beware.

I was sent wrong size O-Rings from an "assembled" kit that ECS assembles for certain jobs. The job I was doing was changing the cooling system (water pump, thermostat etc.) in my 2008 M3. I was forced to reuse my old original O-rings to put the car back together because I needed to use the car and wouldn't be able to wait for replacements. I contact their customer support and they did nothing to support me. They offered to refund me $3 (the cost of the O-rings), no new coolant or anything else that cannot be reused once taking apart again. Also, you cannot reach them by phone. They are either inundated with customer complaints everyday or they only employ one person half-time. You will need to email three or four time over two weeks and then somebody responds asking questions that have been clearly explained in the original email. They are a waste of time.

The worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Actually lack of. I ordered a complete head for 08 Audi after many chats I was told this would just "bolt on" turns out they ordered the wrong head. The original one I ordered was $1600 now they are saying they ordered the wrong one and new one is going to cost $4300. My mechanic and I have have made numerous calls and after 3 days got ahold of someone who said we need to send back wrong one and my core and they would figure out not a straight across exchange but close to it. Next week no email from him. Left voicemails 2 days in a row. This is almost 3 weeks now can't get a manager or their info. No one follows up no one has a good resolution. No one cares. I just ordered the correct head for Way cheaper `$1500. I will never deal with *** again. They lack customer service skills, especially when it their mistake

When they arrived in *** it was quite obvious that the tips were round in shape where my exhaust pipes were oval. I visited a exhaust shop and they told me it would cost another $180 to cut off the oval exhaust pipes to fit the round pipes. I have sent email after email to resolve this problem and have had to wait up to two weeks for a reply often talking to a different person. Now I have been given a label to send it back but they want me to pay for its return, I offered a deal that they could pay $120 into my PayPal account and I would keep the tips and have them fitted to my car .No reply, not good people to deal with, never again

When the item arrived it was missing parts, the instructions were not close to the item I ordered, the item didn't fit my vehicle. I requested a refund upon my returning the item and they told me no refund could be issued as my product was a scratch and dent. Mind you I paid full price for the item and nowhere on their site did it say it was a scratch and dent item. Very misleading and a horrible way to take advantage of customers. Now I'm stuck with an item I can't use and I can't even sell it myself because who knows what it fits. This company ECS Tuning should NOT be allowed to be in buisness if they're taking advantage of potential clients. What a shame. If you're reading this Please DO NOT order from these people. For a business that relies on word of mouth and repeat business they have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Out of 2 attempts to purchase wheels they failed both times to provide wheels that were defect free. On the second attempt, mind you these are wheels costing upwards of $350. a corner. Out of that 2nd set 2 of 4 wheels were defect free and kept while the 2 defective ones were returned for exchange. Long story short ECS *** thing up so bad that I decide to return the 2 good ones cancel the 2 replacements and return the spacers and mounting hardware needed for install. They charged me for the cost to return those items because they were "no longer needed" as opposed to due to defects and ECS'S inability to do something simple like provide defect free products to their customers and then *** them over on the return. ECS has lost my business forever.

Been ordering from ECS Tuning for almost 8 years now. I've ordered wheels in the past no problem. Well I ordered a wheel/tire set January 10th, shipped the 18th, UPS lost one of the wheels/tires, yea that sucks. Received the other three. on January 20th. ECS Tuning placed the replacement wheel/tire order on January 27th. It is now February 8th and I have been told a different delay story each day for the last week and a half, called and left messages with supervisor with no response. Was just told a few minutes ago that it will get shipped February 9th(tomorrow), but that wasn't a guarantee... Meanwhile, my car is on blocks waiting for the 4th wheel/tire to come so I can finally drive the vehicle, have had a rental car for the last few weeks (so now a legitimate financial burden due to inefficiency and incompetence). Don't ask for much, just want to receive ALL of what I ordered and paid for.

Horrible customer service! I don't understand how they have an A+ rating on Complaintsboard.com. I ordered a rubber front spoiler for my 2014 M6. The product was shipped within a week. And within 7 days, I received the product. However I received an incomplete product. It was supposed to include 3 pieces -- a middle piece and 2 side sections. I called ECS on Sept 3, and could not get a hold of anyone. I finally tried their chat and chatted with Cole C. He said he needed to get his inventory specialist on the line, and left me hanging until the chat auto-disconnected. I have been unable to get a hold of anyone since then on chat or phone call. I requested an RMA on Sept 8, and still nothing. Their stupid excuse of COVID-19 doesn't work with me, because orders go out when they get people's money. There is just no customer support after the fact when they have to refund money. They are working, just not with the customers.

Ordered 6 spark plugs, for my 135i (which aren't cheap by any means), box came totally crushed, no packing material inside box, just a pink bag with 6 individual spark plug boxes, 2 of which were opened and the spark plugs were just clanging together at the bottom of the bag. Contacted ECSTuning and the solution for them was either, have them send me a return label, then send those plugs back, then wait for the new plugs OR purchase the plugs again then when the new plugs arrive send the first set back for a refund. Here's an idea ECSTuning...put the customer first, like you used to and take pride in the parts that leave your building and care about your customers. I for one WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING from this company again and I recommend anyone else to steer clear also. If you guys are looking for *** parts, ColoradoN5X is ***.

Before finalizing my $400 order on 6/14/22 with ECS I contacted them through online chat to confirm that parts are in stock ready to ship. They confirmed this and also confirmed a *** ship date. Based on that information I planned the completion of my project. On *** I still had no shipment confirmation. I called and learned that one part is now on backorder even though I asked up front about availability. I cancelled that part and they told me the rest of the parts would ship out the next day. Again, no shipment confirmation. I called again and attempted to cancel the rest of the order, they told me I'd have to call again the next day. Meanwhile they refunded me for the first cancelled part three times somehow. I called again on 6/23 to confirm final cancellation and refund amounts. After 30 mins. on the phone the cancellation is complete and I'm told to expect the remainder of my refund soon. Hopefully I see the refund soon. I'm not very confident. Don't recommend these guys anymore if you can avoid them.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Wrong shipments and delays. The representatives seem confused and lack the concern and sense of urgency to rectify issues. Weeks have passed and I still do not have the parts I ordered from Ohio. Ill informed and confused, the representatives ignored requests to understand the issue and fix it, but instead they blamed it on multiple shippers, border customs, failure to ship, wrong parts, lack of stock, inexperienced personnel, etc. etc.. The last person I spoke with said I should find a FedEx guy and take it up with him... Although, the entire situation has been in ECS incapable hands. FedEx is not the one who shipped the wrong parts? FedEx is not responsible to provide shipping information to me when an order is placed. If you really need your automotive parts to fix your vehicle, I recommend you see my horrendous experience. ECS seems completely clueless about logistics and customer service. If you have time to wait for your late model vehicle to become a classic automobile before you get your "exotic" brake rotors and pads, then ECS should be your #1 choice.

I swear I am at my wits end with ECS. I have ordered may things from them in the past, however this recent order has been an absolute nightmare. From them continually lying to me if the product is actually in stock or they have to order it from their outside vendor and its not truly "in stock". The most recent problem is them trying to locate their product they assured me was "in stock" and ready to ship the same day. It has been weeks and the estimated ship date keeps going up and up. The item is already "picked" which means it is ready to be shipped and stock is on hand. I have called twice daily for the past week and keep getting the run around on when this will ship. I have even had them call the warehouse manager directly and he assured me it would ship it today. Already a week late from the promised ship date. AND do you think it shipped. NOPE! This company is a bunch of liars and no one has a *** clue what is going on and their shipping is SLOW, if they can even get the item shipped at all. I have many friends in the car industry and I am advising them ALL to STAY FAR AWAY from this company. Completely dishonest and disorganized.

If i could rate this lower than one star I most certainly would. I ordered an "assembled by ECS Tuning" brake kit for my e46 BMW with an original ship date of July 13th on July 3rd. almost 1 month later I have not received any parts from my order. Upon receiving numerous emails extending delays on my order I reached out to determine why my parts have not been shipped and was informed it is because one part completely unrelated to the brake kit has been delayed by the vendor. After asking multiple times, i was finally informed that the parts for the order were available and in stock. Now these "in stock" items have supposedly been batched and still have not been sent a week after i was told they would be. My vehicle is now unable to be driven for the last two weeks while waiting on parts. ECS is dishonest in their advertising of parts availability and ship dates and when questioned always put the blame off on the vendors. ECS does not seem to stock any parts which they say are "in stock" and appear to be a third party drop shipper for actual Motorsports companies. Buyer beware if you need anything in a timely fashion. Unfortunately for myself and many other enthusiasts, ECS has acquired many of the companies whom provided customer service once an item was purchased.

VW Golf Mk7 roof rack bars
This item was advertised as new. When I opened the box and pulled out the bars I saw scrap marks on all four towers. The scraps were in the paint, rubberized coating, and plastic covers. The item must have been damaged in the warehouse while packing it. With bare metal exposed, it will rust and drip rust down my car paint and likely seize up and stop...

I ordered an Oil Supply line from ECS Tuning website. Their website indicated part was the correct fit for my specific Make/Model car. Upon performing the work on my car, I realized they sent me the wrong part. I contact ECS Tuning to request return of part and refund. The RMA authorization I received indicated that I had to pay return shipping. Then I asked for clarification since they sent me the wrong part, and then I received a reply from Chris V ***, identified as a Customer Service Mgr. that the RMA had be remade to include return shipping paid by them so I returned the part. When I received my refund, it was short $10.86. Now they are ignoring all emails from me. I do not feel I should have to pay return shipping or a restocking fee to return the wrong part they sent me, or due to their website being innacurate.

I recently ordered a kit containing replacement suspension parts from ECS Tuning. Unfortunately, I never received the shipment. When ECS Tuning opened a claim with the shipping carrier, the carrier denied responsibility. They claimed to have found the package and redelivered it, which is untrue as I never received any package. Throughout this ordeal, ECS Tuning provided no satisfactory customer service nor did they offer a refund. Their stance was that they could offer no assistance, leaving me at a loss of $300.
On April 9, 2022, I placed an order online with ECS tuning for multiple car parts. The website indicated that the parts were available and would be dispatched within 3-5 days. After a month had passed with no update, I initiated contact with the company. I first used their chat service, where I was assured that the items would be sent out the following day. However, several days passed with no progress. Subsequently, I made a phone call and received a similar promise that the parts would be dispatched the next day. Yet again, several days went by without any shipment. In my attempt to resolve the issue, I sent an email and received a response assuring me that everything was processed and ready on the shelf, and that my order would be shipped out that day. Despite this, several days have elapsed, and my order has still not been dispatched. I am at a loss for what to do next.
I ordered sunroof seals from this company on May 4 2022 and the item never showed up. The order number was ***. I attempted resolution through PayPal and the business agreed to refund me the shipping cost of I closed the case there. I closed the case and the shipping information disappeared and the items never arrived. The total cost was $176.63. I am seeking a full refund.

ECS Tuning sold me defective replacement headlights and wiring harness for my vehicle. The lights allowed rain and moisture inside the housing and stopped working. I have since had to buy new headlights and pay to uninstall and reinstall functional headlights. Prior to returning the defective headlights/wiring harness I received approval and confirmation from ECS that I would be receiving a full refund. Despite all these efforts, ECS advised that they will not be refunding me the cost of these defective headlights.
I placed an order with ECS Tuning on 12/27 for a total of $231.55. They notified me that the order was delayed in mid January. I was not in a rush for the order to arrive, so I decided to wait. I just went to cancel the order as I had still not received it three months later, and the order says delivered. I contacted ECS Tuning on 4/7/22 and they informed that the order is marked as delivered and unless FedEx approves a claim on the item, they will not replace the items or issue me a refund, and that it is "very unlikely" that FedEx will approve the claim. I have instructed them to submit the claim anyways, but a manager informed me that this is their "new policy" and since FedEx actually "delivered the package to USPS for delivery to my home" they will not approve the claim.
I've emailed around 3-4 times all without response and used the live chat with no luck, my question is why does it offer free shipping but then charges $90 for it. which causes tax to be more and I've calculated it and it would end up being cheaper by $60 buying all 4 wheel rims separately, what is the reasoning behind this?

Ordered a couple of parts off ECS tuning's website and when it arrived the box was damaged. After taking pictures of the outside of the box I opened it to find that 2 of the parts I ordered were missing and there was a separate package inside my box with a shipping label to someone else. I emailed ECS immediately and waited well over a week to hear anything back from them. After 2 months of back and forth, waiting close to 2 weeks in-between emails from them, I have yet to get any help and I haven't been able to contact them since. The website doesn't have the correct options to get help for what I need and when calling the number given on their website it talks you through the options for 5 minutes just for the operator to say that you can set up returns online and then it hangs up on you. I would like the $500 I spent on those parts refunded as I never received them and the company has not given me any help.

I made an order on September 7, for a kit which contained three transmission oils with a specific designation. The company instead sent me three oils of a different designation, which is not compatible with my car. The order number is omitted here for privacy. I had started the return process on ECS Tuning's website only to be met with website errors and delays. ECS Tuning denied my return despite being the party at fault. This return is long overdue, and I am still waiting for my money back. The money I am owed for this return is an undisclosed amount.
I ordered valve stem caps and they were sent to the same city the business was located in. I live in California and they never left Ohio. I got an email saying that they were processing my return but I never even received the item. or got a refund. I tried emailing and calling them and no one answered. This is the USPS tracking number
First and formally I will like to start off by, I have ordered numerous Items through ECS running and never have I had a issue till now. My first order was placed on December 3. I placed my order online, and there website stated they had my item in stock. I was suppose to receive my order on the 7th. I go online on the 7th to find out my order was canceled due to ECS falsely advertising they had it in stock. I call them later on that day to see what we can do. So we came to resolution to order a different brand. And that they had it in stock and will be DELIVERED with in 3 business days. So this order was done and placed on December 7th. We are now in December 23 and no delivery! Never been this disappointed. Iv called several times trying to get this resolved and their resolution is I have to wait 14. This is unacceptable

This upgrade requires purchase of an APR Stage I ECU Upgrade, and is included for free to the original owner and original vehicle with the purchase of an APR Cast Race DP Exhaust System!i ordered this and was supposed to come with WORKING tuning code the code that was sent is invalid so after reaching out to apr and asking what to do they sAID ecs needs to reach out to them so they can track the order and get me a working code im angry because apr says they can help but then ecs wont help i bought product from ecs and got half of what i paid for either i need a working code or a refund

Virtual credit card was purchased on July 13 and upon finding out conditions on the use of the card a refund request was made immediately. After many minutes of dealing on the chat link, the service person informed me that the purchase was cancelled and charges would not appear on the credit card. Today, I seen that the virtual card purchase was charged to my account. So, I called ECS today and they gave me a run-around on the card purchase. I am tired of dealing with these ***.Order #
Ordered almost $1200 for "in stock" parts on 4 September . Was given an expected ship date of 8 Sept 21. I called on 9 Sept with an extremely long wait time and the call was dropped after over an hour wait. I then utilized the chat option. I waited for nearly an hour for someone to reply. I was told that they would contact a manager in the warehouse and that my order would be sent the next day; it was not. I attempted again to contact them through chat on *** status updated but the chat was terminated by the system after about 45 minutes before i got through.. It is now 12 Sept; 8 days since ordering and 4 days since "expected" ship date. Why is it so difficult to get my "in stock" parts or, at a minimum, an update on status?

I contacted ECS and they told me to wait a few more days. Fast forward through a bunch of useless customer service reps and false promises and it was lost , or delivered somewhere else. I've told them numerous times that it was supposed to have been delivered to my shop , and I have cameras. The *** driver DID NOT show up the day it was marked delivered. I have literal video proof of the package not arriving. I got the run around for 4 months, claiming they'd contact their distributor to file a claim and kept hearing this over and over. It is September 6th , and I still have no solution. I attempted to file a claim with my credit card company and in the documents provided by ECS it shows they are waiting for *** to settle the matter. I just want my money back for a product they failed to deliver.

Order from ECS Tuning delayed beyond promised ship date and shipped despite cancellation
Order from ECS Tuning was promised to ship on Friday, September 10, but it did not. By Wednesday, September 15, they still hadn't shipped it, so I canceled the order via email and ordered from another supplier. The next day, they shipped it regardless. I reminded them of the cancellation, initiated a return, and received return authorization. The package hadn't left their facility yet, as it wasn't picked up until that evening. Despite this, they proceeded to send it. On Sunday, September 19, I received and returned the package at my own cost. They refuse to cover the $34.53 return shipping fee, even though the error was theirs. I am seeking reimbursement for this amount.

I ordered an oil change kit for my MINI Paceman S, advertised to include 5 Liters Liqui Moly Longtime High Tech 5w-30, a MINI filter with Kit, ECS Magnetic Drain Plug with a crush washer, and more. The description specified using only the tube-shaped crush washer (genuine OE MINI/BMW). However, I received a generic oil filter and gasket instead of the promised items. After contacting them, a representative acknowledged the mistake and promised a resolution. Subsequently, images of the correct parts were removed from their website, but I received no further communication or resolution.

I requested assistance from one of their representatives to order parts. The representative placed the parts in my cart so I can simply submit the purchase. They stated most individuals send parts directly to dealership in which I did. The part did not state single or dual mass flywheel and that it only fits clutchmaster clutches. The part was installed and I noticed the vehicle was not driving as previously and that was because it was changed from a dual to a single causing an uncomfortable drive. This was not the parts I requested. The site does not state this nor did their representative inform me that this would be the case. I requested a return so I can purchase the correct parts from them and they refused. Only responded with a 20% discount. I offered to meet 50/50 and they refused due to being installed. This is negligence on their part for not providing the necessary expertise to assist me. Their representative steered me wrong & refuse to provide the remaining 80%.

Order Issue: Damaged Front Axle Assembly Received
Dear Madam/Sir: On July 13, I placed an order for a brand new front axle assembly for $578.62. Upon receipt, I discovered significant damage to the internal manufacturer's packaging, not the shipping container. The seal on the axle assembly box appeared tampered with, and there was grease leakage due to a missing rubber seal, exposing the bearings to potential contaminants. The protective materials inside were non-standard. This indicates the item was not new, had missing parts, and was compromised. The customer service response was unsatisfactory and dismissive. With an imminent mechanic appointment, cancellation fees and additional car rental costs are financially burdensome. A compensation offer of $50 is inadequate for the situation.

I purchased a new turbo for my vehicle, it arrived damaged
I purchased a new turbo for my vehicle, it arrived damaged. I called and explained what was going on and was promised a new one would be overnighted to me when they found one of the three at the facility. After being on the phone with 6 different people/ chat for hours I had to purchase a second turbo for it to be overnight. The second turbo was supposed to arrive on 8/28, I never received it. Called back in 8/30 and was told that it wasn't package in time but it's on its way and should arrive by 8/31. I had to cancel my mechanic appointment for the 8/30. I was promised overnight shipping by every person I spoke with and it has shipped ground, I've been out of a vehicle for weeks now and had to buy two turbos just to be lied too over and over. This company lies, makes you buy the part again they sent broken just to get a replacement supposedly faster just to make you wait. By the time I should receive the part will be over a week from the broken one arrived, after spending $2144.16.

Order ***, purchased on 3/22. Paid extra so they would use faster shipping service, they still used cheapest and same as free shipping option so they could just profit more . This order was almost $1000, and they shipped by USPS standard which any business knows is a terrible option. They also waited until 3/25 to actually ship out the order and it was suppose to arrive by 3/29 The USPS website says they dont know where it is as of 3/29 and there have been zero updates since. I called them to get a replacement since they shipped it improperly and now it is clearly lost. They told me I could buy a new one or contact USPS. I have contacted USPS and they dont know where it is. At no time has this company tried to help find this package. They should send me a replacement but they only said if I bought a new one. I shouldnt have to pay another $1000 for something they shipped improperly and lost. My car does not work without this part and I am paying for a rental car now.

On 3/28/2022, an order was placed on their online store. The website stated that everything was in stock and ready to ship. A confirmation email was received with an order number and a tracking number. However, the tracking status has been 'label created' since then. Customer service has been contacted multiple times without a resolution, indicating the package has not been picked up. Attempts to reach customer service this week have been unsuccessful, with no return calls or emails, and the online return process is unhelpful. Calls result in being on hold, transferred, or speaking with unhelpful staff. This recurring issue has led to a decision to cease business with the company and to warn potential customers of their poor practices and customer service.

Again it was postponed to shipment date 12/27. Then more postponement to shipment date 12/6, then 12/13, now 12/14. The first few delays were supposedly due to delays in receiving the inventory on their end. Even though it was not advertised on the 3rd that the items were out of stock already. After communicating with them a few times, I was told they will receive the inventory on 1/6 and will ship it immediately. So I decided to wait once more but when the shipment date was moved again to 1/13, I was told that their warehouse was shut down the previous week and is in the process of moving without any timetable for the orders to be shipped. Now the ship date is on 1/14. I have been waiting for a month and a half for my orders not being able to drive my car due to them falsely advertising the availability of the items. Even with me being patient, and them receiving their inventory, they still did not ship my order immediately. I was forced into a situation where my hands are tied and had to wait for the parts from them instead of another vendor. I want my order to be shipped ASAP and be compensated for the incredible amount of delays.

Issues with a car parts company regarding shipping and customer service
I purchased car parts from this company, and I had been having trouble with the shipping company. So when the products were purchased from this company they were specifically told not to ship using a certain carrier. They agreed, but despite reminders, they still shipped with the problematic carrier, resulting in lost packages. They offered me an in-store credit after a month due to their paperwork errors. Despite clear instructions not to use the same carrier, they did, and again my product was lost. Another order did arrive, but it contained used items instead of new. I returned them and am awaiting a refund. These purchases were made with the store credit from my original lost purchase. They promised a refund to my card but continued to lose my products. Now, after expressing my frustration, they refuse to do business with me and are not issuing a refund, forcing me to contact my bank for a fraud charge. This company has shown extremely poor customer service.

This is in reference this product: *** I purchased these ECS Brand coilovers as a replacement for my stock suspension because I was looking for a new setup that would allow for a slight drop in ride height while also offering stock ride comfort. Product description states, "Our brand new BMW Coilover line was designed with our daily drivers in mind! Our focus was to improve on the performance and look of the suspension, without forgoing any comfort. Like many of the top tier coilovers, these coilovers feel as smooth and comfortable as a stock setup, while giving you an aggressive look ..." Based on the language above, I found what I wanted and purchased. However after installing them and driving the car, I realized these are not at all close to stock comfort as advertised. After speaking with tech support, they recommended ensuring the springs were not overly compressed which would result in a rough ride. The springs were not compressed, I only lowered the car by 1" in the front, and 0.5" in the back so the suspension is setup how it should be for optimal ride comfort and height. I am requesting a refund or store credit so I can return these as they are not advertised correctly. The description on the product listing must be changed to not indicate these "feel as smooth as stock" when they are ride very different. Customer also admitted they were falsely advertising these coilovers and stated they would update the language on the product listing (email attached). Lastly, they have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee even if a product is installed. ECS is failing to honor their guarantee. How else is a customer able to know if a product is accurate unless they install and determine after?

I wasnt paying attention to detail when I initially ordered the harness for my VW CC and received the wrong one. Totally my fault and No hassle or BS return for the wrong part and fast shipping on the new one. I chose to buy a new part and get a refund for the old part just to speed up the process but they would have done an exchange too! Thank-You ECS and all of your CS workers!
