I have been ordering car parts from this company for years. They have never let me down and usually surprise me with better customer service than I expect. I have probably placed dozens of orders in recent years with virtually no problems. If you need something for your European car, don't hesitate to give them a try.

FCPeuro FCP for life

I have purchased me some parts and recieved as promised origional bmw parts made me feel so great that if I wouldve bought it from bmw dealership and it wouldve cost me An arm and a leg. Idk what else to say, FCP for life and trust me dont buy things for your car from ebay or amazon like I've done it before smh, it's all BS, spend alittle more to get origional parts from fcp that beats bmw dealership or any dealership prices. Love it love it

Great to work with. I've placed a handful of orders with them. One time I had an issue with shipping and they worked quickly to resolve it. That issue wasn't their fault. But they resolved it!

FCP always stands behind their products and service. Have they been flawless? No, I have had a couple of minor glitches, but they were corrected immediately. That is even more important to me, as I am confident they will make everything right. FCP Euro is my "go-to" for all parts!

FCPeuro Great folks over at DCP Euro

Great folks over at DCP Euro. I have an unusual to the USA Mk3 Volkswagen Golf right hand drive STATION WAGON. And when I needed steering related parts that would be easy to buy for a north american car the guys at FCP got right on the research train and found them for me. Received the correct parts 2 days later.

FCPeuro FCP EURO is the only supplier I use for my car parts

FCP EURO is the only supplier I use for my car parts. The quality control is excellent, and I have never had any issues with navigating their website, delivery, or reliability. Their service is much better than other suppliers, which is why I stopped buying from them. I highly recommend FCP Euro to anyone in need of European parts for their vehicles.

As someone from my country, it can be difficult to find original European parts for my ***. Even if I manage to find them here, the dealers tend to overcharge. However, with FCP Euro, I can simply enter the part number and easily find the exact part I need. I can then proceed to do the necessary repairs myself. Even with the additional cost of international shipping, it is still cheaper than the exorbitant prices in my country. Additionally, I appreciate that the parts are genuine. So far, my experience with FCP Euro has been positive. I hope they continue their good work!

I cannot speak highly enough about FCP as a supplier of OEM parts - they have truly set the bar for customer service. As someone who is extremely picky, I have never encountered a company that goes to such great lengths to assist their customers and provide detailed, knowledgeable answers to their inquiries. The speed of their shipping is simply outstanding, and their packaging is top-notch. Furthermore, the FCP Lifetime Warranty is unmatched by any other supplier. That is an unequivocal testament to their commitment to quality. In my opinion, FCP is simply the best in the business - I would not dream of ordering parts from anyone else!

FCPeuro I can't believe it

I can't believe it. I ordered some parts I was in desperate need of and paid 8 bucks extra for 1 day shipping. Normally it's free but they were washers and weren't over the $49.99 min for free shipping. I did this because I ordered these parts at almost 4pm. So I figured it would come not the next day but the following day. I walk outside at 9am the very next day and there were my parts. Less than 18 hours later. This is why I recommend fcp euro to everyone I know every chance I get. The parts are top notch and they all come with a lifetime warranty even on oil. Just send the used old stuff back and get new for free where else can you get lifetime free oil and filters for your car at? Fcp euro that's where lol. Along with the exceptional customer service you won't want to go anywhere else. thanks again everyone at fcp euro for my super fast delivery and great customer service you guys are the best.

I have been using FCP Euro for 14 years, since they were FCP Groton. There are a couple of other online stores that I trust, so I usually compare prices between them and FCP Euro and AutoZone. However, FCP Euro is definitely my favorite. The shipping speed is consistent and the selection is good, even for hard-to-find parts. I trust that FCP Euro does their due diligence in selecting the brands they offer. This is always my go-to reference list. I haven't had to use the lifetime warranty yet, but I have returned a couple of parts that didn't fit. The return process was always smooth and I never had to argue for my return merchandise authorization (RMA). I have also contacted a sales representative a few times and they have always been helpful and prompt. Additionally, their repair videos on YouTube are excellent and provide valuable information and instructions. The main thing I take away from my experience with FCP Euro is that they genuinely care. They specialize in selling parts for six car manufacturers, so it's their main focus and they strive to improve every step of the way.

Throughout the process, he provided me with options, understood my situation, and assisted me in resolving my issue. Despite missing the shipping cutoff for the day, he made an extra effort to expedite the delivery of my part, allowing my vehicle to be repaired by the weekend and ensuring my family has our car back. The combination of excellent service, empathy, and understanding is something that is not often encountered these days. To be honest, the guarantees/warranties on your website and the service I received from Brian have instilled a remarkable trust in your company, and I will continue to order from you in the future. Although your prices may be slightly higher for certain products, the value you provide to your customers makes what we receive an incredible bargain.

FCPeuro I purchased 6 Index 12 Injectors from FCP Euro for around $2,000

I purchased 6 Index 12 Injectors from FCP Euro for around $2,000. Unfortunately, my engine blew up a few hundred miles after the purchase. Due to lack of time and money, I couldn't investigate the issue immediately, so I waited for a couple of months. After about 6 months, I sent my oil to a testing company to check if a road bearing had spun. They confirmed that it had, but they also found 2.6% fuel in the oil, which was surprising. This indicated that the injectors were leaking. Fuel mixed with oil can cause significant engine problems, possibly leading to the spun rod bearing. I removed the injectors and noticed that all 6 of them had black tips and smelled like fuel, confirming the leakage.

I contacted FCP Euro to request a full refund. However, they refused, stating that I had waited too long to contact them. They did offer a refund if I purchased another set of the same Index 12 injectors from them, but the price had increased by $500 to $2,500. They were aware that I couldn't install them as my vehicle had a spun rod bearing. I have comprehensive maintenance records for my vehicle, proving that it was well taken care of. I believe I deserve a full refund for a product that should have been functioning properly. It's unfair that a reputable vendor like FCP Euro doesn't provide a basic warranty for a $2,000 product. I have attached the oil analysis, pictures of the black-tipped Index 12 injectors, and the link to the purchase from FCP Euro.

I am not a driver and never had a car. I have NO account with FCP EURO company and learned today of their existence as a car parts seller after my bank notified me of fraudulent charges RECURRENT $97.97 made by FCP EURO. Notice: I am of advanced age and recipient of a fixed income and was ill with my only debit card since January 5 at home. FCP EURO charged my debit card AT 3:36 PM today and I closed that card after the security center assured my bank account had zero transactions for the last 18 months. FCP EURO charged my debit bank card as said email from my bank, my only account and card, and the security center assured it was fraudulent. Now came notification from the delivery service about an unknown package while I did not order or buy anything recurrent or a single purchase not from FCP EURO company nor from any other existing online seller of anything: I have no money even to buy a bus trip. Just in case, I managed to put a vacation hold on that unknown package - no packages will be at my address. Now I am disputing the transaction of $97.97 in my bank and that charge now cut off my only February rent money. I am asking to return the $97.97 that you, FCP EURO, took from my bank account. It is 100% fraud and crime against me.

FCPeuro I am not a driver and have never owned a car

I am not a driver and have never owned a car. I do not have an account with FCP EURO company and only learned about them today as a "car parts seller" when my bank informed me of fraudulent charges of $97.97 that were repeatedly made by FCP EURO. Please note that I am a senior citizen and receive government assistance. I have been unwell and have been at home with my only debit card since January 5th. FCP EURO charged my debit card today at 3:36 PM, but I have already closed that card after my bank's security center confirmed that there had been no transactions on my account for the past 18 months. FCP EURO charged my debit bank card "through ***" according to an email from ***, which is my only account and card. My bank assured me that it was fraudulent. I have now received a notification from *** about an unknown package, even though I did not order or purchase anything, either repeatedly or as a single purchase, from FCP EURO or any other online seller. I don't even have enough money to take a trip. Just in case, I managed to put a vacation hold on that unknown package, so no packages will be delivered to my address. I am currently disputing the $97.97 transaction with my bank, and this charge has now depleted my only funds for February rent. I am requesting that FCP EURO return the $97.97 that they stole from my bank account. This is 100% fraud and a crime against me.

FCPeuro FCPeuro Review: Parts Didn't Fit, Catalog Messed Up, Save Yourself the Headache

I ain't no mechanic, but I know when something ain't right. And let me tell you, FCPeuro ain't right. I ordered parts for my car three different times over the past couple of years, and every time, the parts didn't fit. It's like they don't even know what they're selling. And don't even get me started on their website. The parts catalog is all messed up. They got the wrong parts listed for my car. It's like they don't even care about their customers. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. FCPeuro ain't worth the trouble.

FCPeuro Disappointing Experience with FCPeuro: Deceptive Shipping Policies and Poor Customer Service

FCPeuro is a website that I recently used to purchase some car parts. I was pretty excited to find a website that had such a wide selection of parts, and the prices seemed pretty reasonable too. However, my excitement quickly turned to frustration when I received my order.

First of all, the shipping policies on this website are pretty deceptive. I thought I was getting free shipping, but it turns out that only applies to orders over a certain amount. I ended up having to pay for shipping, which was pretty annoying.

But that wasn't even the worst part. When my order arrived, I realized that they had sent me the wrong part. I contacted customer service, and they told me that I would have to pay to ship the part back to them. That's right, they wanted me to pay for their mistake.

To make matters worse, the cost of shipping the part back was almost half the price of the part itself. I was pretty upset about this, and I don't think I'll be using FCPeuro again in the future.

Overall, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with FCPeuro. The shipping policies were deceptive, and the customer service was not helpful at all. If you're looking for car parts, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

FCPeuro Disappointing Experience with FCPeuro: Poor Customer Service and Faulty Part

I recently bought an air mass sensor for my BMW 328i from FCPeuro. I was excited to get my car running smoothly again, but unfortunately, after installing the part, my car was running even worse than before. I was really disappointed and frustrated, so I decided to send the part back to FCPeuro for a refund.

However, when I contacted their customer service team, they were not very helpful. They gave me all kinds of excuses for why the part didn't work, and they didn't want to reimburse my money. I was really upset about this, and I felt like I had wasted my time and money on a part that didn't even work.

Overall, I would not recommend buying from FCPeuro. The customer service was not helpful, and the aggravation of dealing with them was not worth it. If you're looking for car parts, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

FCPeuro Disappointed with FCPeuro: Order Cancellation Mishap Results in Additional Costs

I recently had an experience with FCPeuro that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I placed an order with them, but quickly realized that I needed to cancel it. I reached out to Julia from their Client Care team and was relieved to hear that my order had been canceled. However, a few hours later, I received a notification from UPS that my order had been shipped. I was confused and frustrated, as I had already been told that my order had been canceled.

To make matters worse, I now have to pay for custom duties, taxes, and shipping to return the order. This mistake on FCPeuro's part is going to end up costing me an additional $150-200 dollars on top of the $450 I originally spent. Needless to say, I am not happy about this situation.

I understand that mistakes happen, but I feel like FCPeuro could have done more to rectify the situation. It's frustrating to have to pay for their mistake, and I feel like they should have taken more responsibility for the error. Overall, I am disappointed with my experience with FCPeuro and would hesitate to order from them again in the future.

FCPeuro Disappointing Experience with FCPeuro: Wrong Parts, Incomplete Order, and Poor Customer Service

So, I ordered some parts from FCPeuro and my first order came with the wrong parts. I was pretty frustrated, but I figured it was just a mistake and decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately, my second order came incomplete and to make matters worse, the whole box was soaked in some kind of engine flush liquid. It was a real mess and I was pretty upset about it.

I contacted FCPeuro and sent them pictures of the damaged parts and the soaked box, asking for a replacement. But, to my disappointment, they kept asking me for more pictures and trying to avoid replacing the order. It's been a while now and I still haven't received a replacement or any kind of resolution.

I have to say, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with FCPeuro. It's really important to choose wisely where you buy your parts from, because you never know what kind of problems you might run into. I would definitely think twice before ordering from them again.

FCPeuro Disappointing Experience with FCPeuro: Poor Quality Parts and Unhelpful Customer Service

I recently made a purchase from FCPeuro and unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the quality of the parts I received. I ordered parts to replace the timing chain, but when the package arrived, all the items were just thrown into bags without any proper packaging. The timing chain was even worse, it came in a torn and old box that looked like it had been sitting in a dusty corner for years. I was scared to even touch it!

When I contacted the store to request an exchange, they refused to help me out. They said that damaged packaging is not their problem and that they only sell items as they are. I was really disappointed with their customer service and the fact that they were unwilling to provide me with an exchange for goods from another company.

It seems like FCPeuro is selling old and outdated goods that have been lying around somewhere. I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for high-quality parts. It's a shame because I was really hoping to find a reliable and trustworthy supplier for my car parts needs.

FCPeuro Mixed Experience with FCPeuro: A Review of the Fastest Growing Auto Parts Supplier

I've been using FCPeuro for a while now and I have to say, it's been a mixed bag. I've had a few orders that went smoothly, but there have been some issues as well. I work on older Porsches, so I've had some trouble finding the right parts. Sometimes the parts I receive are defective, and other times they're just plain wrong. It's frustrating, but I guess that's the nature of the business.

Recently, I wanted to order some parts for my 911, but I had a really hard time navigating their website. It's not very user-friendly, and it doesn't recognize Porsche factory part numbers or simple search terms. I tried calling their customer service line, but it was impossible to reach a human being who seemed to have any experience working on cars. It was really disappointing, because I was hoping to find a reliable backup to Pelican Parts.

Despite these issues, I have to admit that FCPeuro seems to be doing pretty well. According to Google, they're the "fastest growing auto parts supplier." I'm not sure how that's possible, given my experiences with them, but maybe I'm just an outlier. If anyone has any suggestions for how to improve my experience with FCPeuro, I'm all ears.
