ECS offered the lowest pricing on the parts I needed
ECS offered the lowest pricing on the parts I needed. I placed order # *** $322 on 4/3/2022 and it was shipped on 4/8, on 4/10 I see a message on the *** tracking that says "Damaged - Handling per shipper instructions", it turns out that midway through the delivery this order was returned to ECS Tuning, because it was damaged. I wrote to ECS on 4/13 asking to let me know how to proceed (No reply), as I had removed the old parts from the car waiting on these. *** delivered the parts back to ECS on Monday 4/18/2022, I sent another message to ECS on Monday 4/18 showing them the part had been returned (No reply), I don't know what to do as I don't have a refund posting on my account, or a replacement part on the way. I waited 3 more days and I called today, Thursday 04/21 where I was told that it will take *** days until the returned part is processed, then they'll issues a refund, and if I still need the part I could order another one.I don't deny that there are issues that are out of our control, but you do have the ability to reply to my messages, to immediately ship out another part knowing you took my money and you have the returned part in hand, to offer a refund so I can go somewhere else. So, I had to place a second order ***, another $326 in order for ECS to ship another part so I don't have to wait for a refund in *** days. We all have problems, but the way ECS goes about solving them is reflective of their prices...Low.

Dont buy from this company!I purchased a scratch and dent item knowing that the product was imperfect. The problem was that it did not fit my car even though their website indicated that it would. I started a return with ECS Tuning. They refused and said that it was a scratch and dent item that was not returnable. I was not returning it because of the imperfection, which I agree, should not be a reason to accept a return. The item was not the right size/fit for my car. I started a return with PayPal. ECS Tuning then agreed to accept the returned item if I would pay for shipping ($90) and pay a 15% restocking fee. I agreed and returned the item. After ECS Tuning received the returned item, they tried several times to get me to close the PayPal ticket so that they could issue the refund. That was totally not what was on the PayPal site. You close the ticket, you close the case, according to PayPal. I let ECS Tuning know that I would contact someone at PayPal before I closed the ticket. The PayPal representative again escalated the ticket. Next thing I know, ECS Tuning has stated that I returned a damaged/modified item and PayPal closes the claim in their favor. This is not a complaint against PayPal. I think they used their best judgement as I am sure that ECS Tuning probably showed them the same scratch and dent imperfection the item had when they sold it to me! I was already out of $380+ dollars. I would not have spent an additional $90 on something that could even remotely be rejected because of something I had done to it. Stay away from this company! They will use trickery and lies in order to make a dollar!

They told me that as soon as they received it back they would place the order to send out the correct one. I sent it out and they received it on the 20th of January. Unfortunately they did not hold to their word and order the new one immediately, instead they waited until I finally called to check in on February 3rd, and I found out someone forgot to order it and it had just been sitting in his inbox waiting to be ordered, if I had not called I suppose it wouldve never been ordered. My ship date was scheduled to Feb. 15th then moved to the 16th. No big deal. The 16th comes around I get no email confirming shipment, I wake up on the 17th and check on the status and without them notifying me with an email the order was then moved to March 24th. A whole 36 day shift with out telling me. I call to see what happened and the man who builds the differentials broke his ankle, sorry to hear it and I do not hold that to them. What I do hold to them is the delay in ordering the part and the lack of notification for moving my order back for more than a month. Then on the 17th they notify me it will then be pushed back to the 31st of March. I call to see what the problem is and I get transferred around to hear that there is nothing we can do and its up to the vendor and I wouldnt be surprised if it could moved back further it should be on ECS to talk to the vendor to push my order along and get it done. Especially when I have waited this long and paid this much money with them. My dad who has helped my financially to pay for all the parts called and they transferred him around until finally someone did not answer, he left a message and we have yet to hear a response 3 days later. ECS is bar none the worst business Ive ever dealt with and they have lost my business forever after years of use.
