Bumper Super Scam
"I purchased a bumper and paid in full to bumper superstore. They then order straight from the manufacturer. The manufacturer took three months to build the bumper. Once the bumper was built, bumper superstore refused to complete the payment to the manufacturer. Bumper superstore has provided no explanation on why they will not complete the payment. Three months later I am out $2500 and still no bumper. Now we will have to go through the horror of completing a chargeback with the bank. This has been nothing but a giant headache. Customer service has zero help. They refuse to let you speak to a manager or anybody that knows what is going on.
Recommendation: Stay far, far, away!
At the end of the day, it’s not even about getting the refund because I know my bank will make good on the money. I ordered this bumper in December, and was willing to accept the fact that it would take several weeks to manufacture. After waiting all of that time, the bumper is ready to go and bumper superstore has no explanation on why they will not pay the manufacturer to ship the bumper to me. THIS is the issue. you took my money in December and placed order with the manufacturer. The manufacturer made good on their end and now you are refusing to pay them the money that I paid you. Why?

Incorrect order
I ordered a bumper from the store on May 22 2023, after being assured by customer service that the item was in stock and would be delivered within 1-3 days after processing. I finally received a damaged and different model bumper from what I had ordered. The bumper I received is 300 dollars cheaper than the one I had ordered. After discussing the issue with customer service for over a week. They said the best they could do is give me a can of paint and $150 for the damage and $100 for the mixup. So they basically pocket the other $200 for the price difference in bumpers. I have had the bumper installed less than a week and after raining last night it has rust bleeding through the paint. Very disappointed in Bumper superstore.com

I purchased an item through their website . Said they processed the order but no tracking number for shipment was given.They gave me a run around about needing a valid phone number. I requested a total refund. They said ok but their PayPal is down. Everything is through email and can't talk to anybody. This was a week ago.

Bumper Superstore order was made 5th November. No shipping information was given after numerous request. A refund was requested 19th November due to no shipping was offered after request. Refund not received and Bumper Superstore contacted again and was informed refund was not processed. Bumper Superstore will not refund or ship product ordered.

On 20OCT20, I purchased two items from this vendor (a WARN bumper and a WARN winch). The bumper they sold me was NEVER in stock and it took bank interaction to secure a refund. The winch that was delivered was broken and defective (it appeared to have been previously sold as the structural integrity of the box was compromised due to the holes in it created by repeated industrial stapling). Since the winch packaging was in such poor condition, so I waited for my new winch to arrive to use that box. I have over 15 emails from the company and should have been refunded the full amount of 755.97. I was told on the phone by Cody that I would be recieving a full refund due to the damage over the phone. I have since called several times and emailed them several times since I was credited back the amount of 524.51 for the damaged bumper that was returned. I have wasted time by emailing and calling over and over again due to this company's fault by delivering a damaged product. This company is UNETHICAL and DO NOT stand by their products. Placed an order with Bumper Superstore on 11/28, order # ***. I ordered a Ranch Hand SBD19HBLSLE Sport rear bumper from Bumpersuperstore.com. They sent the incorrect bumper. Notified Bumpersuperstore.com and was told the incorrect bumper would be picked up and the correct bumper would be shipped. The incorrect bumper was picked up by the Central Freight shipping company on 12/15. After many emails back and forth for a status on the correct bumper delivery, I was told the bumper was out of stock. At that time, 12/21, I requested a refund for the order. The order has not been refunded as of today, 1/8. I had expected the refund to be made on 12/21. Bumper Superstore has not responded to any email and phone calls concerning this refund issue. It is my belief that they have no intention of issuing the credit in the amount of $731.88. I am also going to file a complaint with the Colorado Attorney General's office of Consumer Fraud.

I was told they had the item in stock at their facility and that it would ship from their facility. On finding this was not true and the order had not even been processed several days after promised I called to cancel the order on October 29th. I called again to confirm the cancelation on November 3rd. A representative known as CJ confirmed in a very unfriendly way that the order hadnt been processed and that it was canceled. She told me it would take a week to refund the billed credit card. This concerned me and I sensed something was wrong. I was correct to assume i was about to be scammed as they called the manufacturer of the item (WARN) the next day (November 4th) and had them ship the item i had previously been promised was canceled. I will refuse the shipped item, but Bumpersuperstore will not give me the promised refund for the order they confirmed they had canceled. I ordered this item elsewhere.

This is a combination of service and delivery issues. I ordered a $1200 bumper for my partner as a Christmas gift back on November 25. We have not received it yet. I contact the customer support via email 1-3 times per month to check in. Sometimes they do not reply at all, other times they take 1-4 days to reply. I have called their sales number twice, and each time has taken over an hour. In fact, I am on the phone on hold right now waiting to be talked to and its been an hour and 13 minutes. So far all we know is our product was suppose to have been shipped out on February 25th or something, but we never got a shipment notification and we never received it. The first sales person we talked to said he would look into it, but we have not heard back from him either. We've waited so long for the product and we really need it, but this experience has been so poor I have been considering asking for a refund. The customer support is rude and inconveniently slow, the communication is not transparent, and overall this is one of the worst experiences ive ever had AND its an expense product at that.

I ordered a bumper from bumper superstore. It took 2 months for me to receive my order. After being pressured into having it delivered to the shop where the work was to be done when I wanted it delivered to my home, I was informed that the shop would not accept delivery. I tried to have the delivery changed but the customer service person told me that I would have to "meet the delivery person on the street." Since this was my only option, I accepted the solution and the customer service person told me that they would send me tracking information once the bumper was being shipped so that I could make arrangements to meet the delivery driver. I received the tracking information the day AFTER the bumper was delivered to the shop. Thankfully, the shop accepted delivery for me. I tried to have the bumper installed on my vehicle and, upon opening the package, the shop realized the bumper was damaged. I sent the customer service person another email and told them the bumper was damaged. Without any apology, I received a short and dismissive email telling me to send pictures to the returns department and they would send me a new bumper. After sending the photos, I have since received no further communication from bumper superstore. They have not picked up the bumper, refunded my money, or sent me a new bumper. They have done nothing to rectify the situation at all and have simply ignored me. I first reached out to them on 12/30 and it is now 1/18 and I have heard nothing from the company at all.
