This Sunday 11/24/25 at 10:10 AM I called Firestone Tire located in Berkeley Heights NJ to inquire when I could have my 2017 Toyota Highlander serviced with a wheel alignment, tire rotation and air pressure check. Was told I could bring it in today (same day) but it would take 2-3 hours. I went to their location and arrived by 10:40. I was told my car would be done by late afternoon and they would call me when completed. Called at 4:00, told would be ready by 5:00. Returned at 4:30, checked in and told would be called up when done. Called up at 5:00 and told nothing done. Location hours Sunday are 10-5. This is unacceptable! If job could not be done as promised I should have been notified in a more timely manner. I will never return to this location and will share my unfortunate experience with others.
Desired outcome: Apology, reprimand to this location. Some training in customer service.

It is a great deal of bad customer service and a great deal of delay input on your part that you have to get in contact with Firestone and go through their customer support. Such experiences should be conveyed to the customer care representatives, in particular the issue over the lack of information regarding the servicing timeframe and the inability to inform about the deferment. Find out what happened to the car that was due at this time and demand proper recompense or a different form of redress. If this does not receive the desired response, the customer may also recount such services on the related consumer websites or in the professional review.
