My name is Damaris Hampton, on November 5,2024. I took my Toyota RAV4 2016 for oil change and rotate the tires.
At the same day when at home I notice that one of my tire Protector or decorative cap was gone. So, I when back ask for my cap which they have to order a new one. Few days after that I hear a noise. So I took my Toyota to another shop, pay high price to find out that 3 of decorative tire caps was either replaced or they break it and don’t informed me.
Even worse, someone replace my windshield wipers, and took one of my on protectors underneath that is connected to the car and who knows what else they took.
My Car plate said disable “Not stupid “.
I will give advice to the women, elderly and the disabled, to video your car completely, then check it soon as you can.
At first I didn’t wanted to said anything but as time pass by I realized that I can save other the discuss, impotent and the abuse that a person can do to others in order to take advantage of their misfortune.
I do not want to fight this with a lawyer, but I do want for you, do something about it.
Because, someday some will do it and it will not be pleasant.

Firestone Complete Auto Care needs to deal with this wrongdoing promptly. For a refund for the repairs and replacement of stolen/damaged things, send them your evidence about the problem/misplacement. Besides, tell people your story so that they can be aware of it. Let other people in similar situations know what you experienced by going public about it mainly to warn those who may not be able to fight for their rights. If Firestone doesn’t act then (please) report to the consumer protection organization within your state that is closest, let’s say San Francisco District Attorney’s Office or California Department of Consumer Affairs. Do not allow them to go scot free.
