Taco Bell - incorrect order

Today (july 14, 2023) I placed an order for a Mexican Pizza at the Taco Bell at 7085 N Marks in Fresno California. Due to their staffing shortages, customers are now forced to order via their kiosk. NOT my favorite method, and I am seriously re-thinking my loyalty to taco bell as a result of this inconvenience. Nonetheless, I placed my order, asked for extra tomatoes and guacamole. What I received was a Mexican Pizza with almost no tomatoes and perhaps a tablespoon of guac. By the time I got back to my desk to eat, it was too late to return to complain directly about the lack of ingredients that i paid EXTRA to receive.

While the staff is pleasant and thoughtful, I found this inability to match a kiosk order, asking for extra ingredients that I didn't receive, dissuading. If TB can't accommodate requests for extra ingredients, why have that as an option in this cumbersome ordering process.

Even though TB is convenient to my work, I may have to go further afield for lunch. (there's a McDonald's next door, but their food isn't fit to eat, in my opinion).

Desired outcome: Either refund my purchase price ($6.92, receipt # [protected]; July 14, 2023, 12:43 pm) or a coupon for a comparable meal.

Taco Bell - Manager

Store closes a8pm- but someone forgot to lock the door, so I entered. Cars were still driving thru to order, so the store was not closed. I knew what I wanted, but the manager told me to leave And go thru the drive thru- 6 cars in line, that's why I went inside - faster service. I own a business, we close at 5pm. Many times over the last 15 years, the door did not get locked at5pm and I came to the front from my office and did what I could to take care of the client. This manager should have done the same thing and locked the door at the same time so others didn't mistakenly try to order inside. I know rules are rules, but the kitchen was not closed.
Thanks, Mark Rivard [protected]
