HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
Never ever was treated like this b4.
Been a taco bell customer for very very long time.
Appears arguing with the car ahead of us for awhile they got my order wrong/cold.
Understanding the situation I kindly asked them to remake my food because we ordered all Beef Chalupa not chicken
Appearing from the back this young lady wearing glasses no name tag start yelling at the workers and than at me slaming her hands at the window and telling us we ordered the wrong items
She refused to fix it and for no obvious reason became very confrontational.
When my wife asked her for her name she refused and thinking we can't hear her she asked the staff to remake this [censored]es food.
Very disappointed at the luck of professionalism she displayed, I told her I'll be contacting her superiors she stated go ahead I don't give a F...!
Neither my wife or kids eat the food.
Fear of retaliation from this individual.. She may be on some kind of Substance..
Desired outcome: She is a bully not just to her coworkers but to customers. She doesn't belong in customer service. She is a Law suit waiting to happen!
