Carl's Jr. - Single agnus famous cheeseburger

This is the 3rd time that this has happened! On 10/30/2024 at 1:14:34 pm I ordered a single Famous Cheeseburger, minus special sauce, plus 1 slice of swiss cheese and 1 medium beverage to be picked up by me asap. Carl's Jr. - The bottom half of the bun disintegrates after 1 0r 2 bites

8/21/2023 at around 3:30pm.

I got home with my order (a Carl's Jr original hamburger) took 1 or 2 bites of the hamburger and the bottom half of the bun disintegrates from the sauces put on it. This is an on going problem with Carl's Jr's hamburger buns. I love the fact that it's fresh but the bottom half of the bun should be thicker as to not fall apart as you proceed to eat the hamburger! It creates a mess!

Desired outcome: A refund and for Carl's Jr to make the buns (bottom half) thicker.
