From the start, my name is Rita Thompson [protected] West 80th Street, Los Angeles 90003. In October 2020, we purchased an adjustable bed from Ashley Home Store and didn't receive the bed until january 11, 2021. The bed was operable for one week only and I file for assistance from the store but no one helped me. They asked me to try to help them to repair the bed over the phone but I explain that both my husband and I are elderly and can not get under the bed. They sent out two technicians and they said it's in the remote and the lady over the phone said no it's not. I just need a bed because we are sleeping on a blow up bed. Please help us.. This store is horrible.
