Purchased this furniture on 31 jan 2025 from store in las cruces, nm and accepted the delivery on 12 feb 2025. After 12 business days we went to store to complain that the sectional is not comfortable, we sit in the recliners for a few hours and have to get up due to back pains, wife tried to sleep on the sectional and the chair was too hard and she got up after 2 hours with horrible back pains. The store said nothing could be done. We are not happy with this purchase. What can we do?
