I recently purchased a bed from NY Furniture Outlets and was disappointed with my experience. I was attracted to their website because of their promise of free shipping, but after placing my order and receiving a confirmation email, I received a call from the company stating that they had forgotten to include the shipping cost in the listed price online. I was frustrated that they had already processed my order without including the shipping cost, and I felt that it was their own mistake that they should have to absorb.

When I spoke to James, who claimed to be the GM, he was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He began yelling at me, even though I was trying to remain calm and reasonable. I asked him why he was being so aggressive, and he told me that just because I was calm didn't make me a good person. He even went so far as to insult my wife, which I found completely unacceptable.

After yelling at me and insulting me, James told me that he was canceling my order because they can do business with whoever they like. I was shocked by his behavior and felt that it was completely unprofessional. I would not recommend NY Furniture Outlets to anyone based on my experience with them.

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with my recent purchase from NY Furniture Outlets. I mean, sure, the packaging was pretty good, but that's about the only good thing I can say about it.

First of all, let's talk about the legs. Three out of the five round legs were a total nightmare to install. They just wouldn't go in straight, and now the back of one section is lower than the other two parts. And get this - two of those three legs are just floating in the air! Like, they're not even touching the floor. It's ridiculous.

But that's not even the worst part. I filed a claim over three weeks ago, and I haven't heard a peep from them since. When I called their customer service, they told me that a replacement might not even be any better than what I already have. Like, seriously? I paid good money for this furniture, and it's all messed up because of their manufacturing defects.

Let me just list off all the problems I've had with this furniture: crooked legs, uneven sections, ripped leather, different washers for the same legs, one side pillow moving mechanism is not hidden enough, the locking mechanism is pushed down when it should be horizontal, and two parts are constantly moving against each other. It's just a total mess.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend NY Furniture Outlets to anyone. Their customer service is terrible, and their products are just not worth the money. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
