Fraud Fraud Frauds Close Lewis
I found out that Lewis Store used my name and now my name is handed to credit bureau, there was a lady who explained all the things I needed to do after she spoke to me i found out that she no longer works there, after doing so by asking Lewis Legal department for the contracts I found out that those 2 contracts both of them don't have my signature, I head to run after the manager by the name of Kobus he's from Bethlehem, Senekal. I'm now taking this matter to social media all over the world, people should know that Lewis Store destroys people life's. If I don't Senekal I'm sure we want to see Malema he will fight but most importantly is Lewis store will be exposed!
Desired outcome: Remove my name from credit bureau
Double deduction

I am waiting for a refund that was promised to me on the 25th of April 2023 then promised to me on the 28th of April 2023.
After sending through requirements for my refund to be actioned on the 7th of May it never materialized, only to find out that I needed to send in the same documents again to have my refund completed by the 21st of May 2023 - again I am still waiting. I have put other debits on hold and scrapped through the month because of this unprofessional behavior. I have only received the most outstanding service at store level with Thato and Charity who were the true ambassadors of your company.
I called customer support on the 11th of May who advised me that I would be contacted by the 15th of May. Diedre gave me a call on the 15th and advised for me to submit my paperwork which I did again, she then advised it would take 3-7 days for a refund. Day 8, Im still waiting. I would like my funds to reflect in my account by close of business today which in all sense and purposes has given you 28 days since I first brought this to Lewis stores attention.

im very angry /irate by lewis group for doing a debit on my account whereby R1700 monthly instalment take earlier that the contracted date to my acccoun miv called to launch a formal telephone complaints,they have assigned my call to their internal agent to call me until today iv never hear from lewis group,
my money was debited on the 11th of december, that money its meant for my car service i did speak with supervisor there in cape town head office.
yes i did get sms notifiying me of earlier deductions but my rights have been violated as a good paying account .i realy regretted why ive approved debit check on my account because now i dont have control over my personal bank account.my salary dates its on the 28 of every monthend.it is my responsibilty to manage my accoun my own way but now lewis gruop is bulling us loyal customer.

Double deduction never returned
There had been a double deduction from my account. Numerous attemps ive tried to claim it back but failed. From 2 May 2023 my complain had beed loged with customer care. Spoken to Cindy who made promises but havent come back to me. She never return my call and cant give me a straight answer of when my money will be rectify into my account. I even went to my branch but also no result.
Desired outcome: My money to be refunded and my servises to be canseled. This cant go on like this

I applied for a laptop Hp credit
I applied for a laptop credit, I was approved of it and told to collect it the following day. When I got there I was told to come back on Monday as the laptop was not in store. I couldn't go on Monday because of the national shutdown strike, I finally went on Wednesday, which is today and I'm told it's still not available, bare in mind that I need this laptop to study yet they are making so many excuses for me to receive my laptop.

On the 24 th of February 2023 i applied for a credit at Lewis in Belville and i was approved of R15000,my intention was to take a stove,microwave and a cupboard as I just bought a new house bt instead they said they don't have the cupboard with them now I can only take the stove and a microwave then following day they will deliver a cupboard up until this date ,I've tried to call or even bother myself and waste money to go there and ask their manager all to findout she is rude ,decided to complain in their Head office a week ago bt still nothing ,I want to cancel that cupboard because I wont pay for something I never got and even the stove I got from them ,it has a huge stretch dent ,I will never recommend anyone at Lewis the service is poor and they have empty promises,selling broken things im so disappointed this was my first and my last time,im at the point to seek help even to the social network or media cause I have nowhere to put my plates and I have give them a whole month with no explanation,they don't even bother themselves

I applied for credit and was offered one, both on line and at the shop, 7 days later Lewis want to repossess the goods I gave my goods away making way for the new goods now I must sit on the floor and see how to get my food cooked, my dignity is stripped off I'm not even at the stage of paying my first installment yet I'm told about affordability which was not mentioned when I signed the agreement, I'm not even given a chance to prove I can be able to pay the goods this is really inconveniencing me, like I stole the goods. No notice given nothing I feel like my consumer rights are trampled on here can I have clarity on this

Applied online for credit,then approved,called at the store to come and choose what I need,I did ,the goods delivered at my place then after few days I was called at store that I have to return the furniture because I cannot afford to pay even before paying the first instalment.i gave them all the info that they need and even increased the installment that I can afford.I find it unfair and embarrassed in the community.

I bought a wardrobe on the 15th of February 2023, Lewis Aliwal North promised to deliver it same day they didn't, I made a follow up on the 16th they said their deliver van when to deliver other goods and mine will be delivered soon.On Friday the 17th I went to the store at 13h00 I saw the wardrobe that I bought in the delivery van because they had sold the wardrobe to two people at the same time. Cindy the Manager failed to explain to me what was going on. I Have received an explanation or the wardrobe from Lewis Aliwal North.
Desired outcome: I would like the wardrobe that I bought to be delivered to me as soon as possible.

GOOD DAY i bought a king size restonic bed 3 months ago now the matrass is in and make a sistrurbing sound i have complaint to the shop in parow bit no one has come back to me im so dissapointed as my wife is pregnant and really dont have good sleep due to bed i would really like this as a matter of urgency

Kelvinator double door fridge ki660dis
Good morning
My name is Zilungile Ngwane , i bought the double door fridge KELVINATOR KI660DIS 660WD ON THE 31st December 2022 at PORT SHEPSTONE BRANCH and it was delivered on the 3rd of January 2022.
To be honest i took the fridge because i was needed the fridge but the service i got from the branch manager was very cold and not friendly at all. i had to beg her to deliver the fridge the same day since i had an emergency and she refused to help me out claiming that they only have one vehicle for deliveries.
The fridge was delivered on Tuesday and when i try to on it using the given manual only the frizzer side was working and i did report this on the 4th of January and i even sent someone and they promise to send someone to look at it but since nothing has happened . the worse part is that i have to call them almos everyday to follow up on the matter but nothing is happening or updates

We bought a TV about a year ago. But they gave us the TV off the floor but we still have to pay full price. The TV broke and they said it could take 2 to 3 weeks and the option of borrowing a TV for the time being is not there. Now I have to pay a full month for a service I am not getting. I would like to inform you that the driver of the Brandfort (Free State) Lewis branch abused company property on Saturday 13 August. He picked passengers up and also took money from them. When we stopped to take the pictures, the passengers jumped off and he handed their money back. I reported it to the Brandfort branch, but the manager, Catherine, called me back to say that he was picking up a customer and the other people then asked for a lift. We saw him handing back the money and when I asked if he was allowed to take money from them, she could not answer. I don't think she realized what the risks are for the company or that the driver was making extra money at your company's expense.
Bad customer service
I opened an account with lewis stores wynberg in June month and paying them by debit order the amount i was told to pay ...On Wednesday morning at work i got a call from the lady Fundiswa from lewis stores wynberg. She advise me of the total balance i am outstanding of R10. I asked her if she can increase the debit order because she setup the debit order lower then it should be. And that's the cause that im R10 in arears.she then asked me if i can come into the store and i told her i will go into to the store once i have time as im working.she then said its fine no rush i can take my time..Today Friday afternoon they sent out one of the drivers to get the money(R10) as im at work they then claimed the balance from my mom n disclosed all information with her about the payments i make per month and what im arears with..giving out my information without any consent is a disgrace and humiliating to discuss my account..i am the accounf holder and they needed to get back in touch with me after i was told i can take my time drivers was sent out to collect a R10 and someone else had to pay ...where is the data protection; where is the loyalty for customers for discussing my information when im not around.this is humiliating and incompetence.wheres the ethicat to do your job right by setting up correct debit orders and not causing customers stress.
Desired outcome: I would like an response from lewis wynberg stores manager with an apology. And no drivers to collect money from me while i have an debit order set up.
Lewis Randfontein branch
I received my kitchen scheme on Monday with faults. It was cracked and the zinc was on the left side. I asked them at the store that the zinc i prefer should be on the right side and they confidently said that the assembler will change it for me at no cost. Then the following day they changed only one unit and did not change the other damaged unit. I was told by the assembler that he would not connect the pipes of the zinc since he is not a plumber. Upon sale I was not notified that i would have to get my own plumber. The manager is ignoring my calls and I still have a cracked cupboard. I am not happy with the service

Arrears account
My husband has insurance that covers him in the event of him being disabled or lose his employment. Lewis stores is now terrorizing my husband and even though I send an email and numerous calls to the head office and customer service there has been no response.
It's not due to his fault that he is currently unemployed. I've attached in my emails the section that covers him.

Missed Payments
We have been clients of Lewis for a long time but since beginning of this year 2022 our Credit keeps going down and in March of 2022 we found out that Lewis was not keeping track of our payments instead of deviding the installment they pay it on just the one appliance , the made that right and now I see our Credit has gone down with almost 30 points saying we missed two months of payments . My husband was at our branch the 1st time with every months bank statement to show we are paying now in April or May it was the same story and I see now again .. We spoke to the manager and the boss of Head office also called them to say that they should fix this but still nothing is happening , we were at the lawyers and it was resolved the 1st time but this is now the 3rd .. I think this is the negligence of our branch but the Head Office is doing absolutely nothing to fix this or to clear our name ...
We will be taking more steps it is our name that is being dragged through the mud all these years trying to get our score up and they keep messing it up
Desired outcome: They need to make this up to us we want compensation since we cant take out a loan or even a credit card to fix our house up ..It is my husbands name
store also refuses to replace the T.V I purchased
I've taken a T.V on my accounts which broke 4 times instead of the company replacing the T.V as I i have insurance but the insurance is almost up they keep sending it off to be fixed what happens if the insurance is up i will have be paying for repairs from my own pocket. Would anyone buy a torn jacket for winter knowing u need it to keep you warm NO! So why should I just pay and accept that I purchased a broken T.V i have laid a complaint with no assistance received from the complaints department
