Cardi's Furniture Sofa and chair

We purchased a sofa and chair 18 months ago. In june 2023 i filed a warranty claim for a broken leg rest and cushion seams coming loose. We had to argue to get the claim for the seams/cushions covered because we have dogs. Then we were told they would need to order the replacement parts. Of course the cushions are coming from somewhere in another galaxy bc we were told it takes 6-8 wks to get them in. Its now been 12 weeks. AND the sofa is discontinued so the manufacturer is having issues. Now, 12 weeks later the sofa fabric is even more damaged from the hardware being broken in the leg rest. We have called a few times and emailed customer service looking for resolution. We continue to be placated with false delivery date ranges and promises of a call back from either management or warranty department person. SOMEONE in this huge company can resolve this.

Desired outcome: A full refund! You have had ample time to resolve this!

Cardi's Furniture Purchased mattress on 12/11/2020 serial number 1208011 yw46 very dissatisfied with the backing of product

The number of mattress that I purchased is 12080-11 YW 46 reference r o s e r 96379 very dissatisfied with the mattress that I purchased it has inferior product on the backing purchased 12/11/20/2020 beautyrest box spring and mattress you have to make your bed and when lifting it up found my hand going right through the corner of the seem overtime this is going to become a problem the backing is important for the safety of my hands

The mattress was Harmony lux purchased 12/11/20 at 999 Newport avenue Attleboro Mass Cardis store I was very selective I get a queen mattress and box spring and come to notice it's coming apart at the seam and visible foam or stuffing is coming out. My total purchase amount was 1704 .29 I'm very upset that I made a investment that is not holding up my name is Rachel Rose it was delivered to one rosemere drive which is on the same property I'm looking forward to a positive outcome.

Desired outcome: Replaced if cannot be replaced refunded

Cardi's Furniture Couch

I bought a couch in 2021 and wanted to know if I had coverage because I had a problem. I called 2 times and waited a half hour on hold. I finally got thru and needed to talk to a cs person. This woman raised her voice extremely unprofessional. She told me what to do and I told her I left a message on the voice mail. She kept on overtaking me. I hung up on her she needs to be fired. Her cs was terrible. I will NEVER go there again and I'll make sure none of my friends do either.

Terrible cs. Extremely rude on 7/6/23. I called about my couch I couldn't get thru so I called again 2 times. An extremely rude woman answered and talked over me than raised her voice. I hope you can track her down and FIRE her!+

Cardi's Furniture Destruction of property

Just watched the delivery guy in a 27’ truck turn right out of my neighbors driveway, made the turn with a car sitting there in the corner in his way and literally drove onto my lawn, putting a deep tire imprint onto my lawn! I just down-poured the day before and the ground is soft. He could have taken a left out of the driveway and a short driving distance to go around, out the way he came in. But no! He HAD to take that right into my lawn that I take care of and spend a lot of money on! Extremely pissed off about this!

Tell your driver's to please SLOW DOWN. Speed Limit is 30 MPH. Estimate driver was going much faster - 38-40 MPH while clipping/breaking overhanging limbs on trees. The speed should be a lot slower in my opinion considering the box truck size. This is a very windy road with people walking and running. There have been many accidents, the latest being an overturned Honda yesterday 6/15/2023 for speeding and hitting a rock ledge on the side of the road with 3 occupants inside. I am sure that Cardi's does not need to have any incidents with their trucks and drivers.

Cardi's Furniture Lack of response

I ordered a bedroom set for my son in May of 2022. Upon set up, it was determined that several of the drawers were not lining up. The delivery man arranged for a technician to come to my house to fix the issues. After a few weeks, someone came out to adjust the affected drawers and pulls. At this time, there was at least one drawer that was completely uneven and off track and he could not fix it. He suggested getting a completely new drawer and track. This was in August of 2022. I was told I would get a call as soon as the drawer was in so they could deliver it and check to make sure it fit. 4 months later, in December of 2022 I received a call from Cardi's customer service to inform me that part of my order was in. She asked if I would like the drawer delivered, or would I like to wait for the track as well. Of course, there was nothing I could do with a drawer on its own, so I said I would wait for the entire order to be in. Now we are in February of 2023. I called last week and spoke with Desiree. She apologized and told me she would email the company and call me back with a resolution. I have not heard from her and it is exactly one week later. I have also emailed customer service to describe in detail my extreme dissatisfaction with this entire transaction, not to mention the poor quality of this bedroom set. It is cheaply made, wobbly, drawers stick or don't stay closed - really awful. I would like to know how a company like Cardi's, whom I have always considered reputable, can treat this situation so casually and not address the matter at hand? My request is simple: please get me the drawer for this bedroom set or replace it with a new set - that seems like a more timely process. I paid over $2,000 in full prior to delivery and here I am, 9 months later, still waiting for a drawer. Frankly, this is unacceptable.

Cardi's Furniture Manager reneged on his word!

I don’t like how cardis throw each other under the bus.

over a month or so walked into Cardis after spending weeks traveling to its competitors finally decided to order a recliner sofa and love seat at Cardis paid cash in full. We waited about a month for delivery. Mind you the day before the delivery I paid movers to get rid of my old living room set. The day of delivery received the phone call from the driver telling me he was on his way with my sofa. I asked what about my loveseat he’s answer I have no idea what you’re talking about. I only have one piece I will have customer service call you. waited a half a day no phone call from customer service I decided to call them and someone finally answered. She tells me she’s going to call me back. She’s looking into it when she calls me back she tells me I should not purchase the loveseat because it is the only loveseat in the whole store that I would have to tip upside down for 12 hours in order to charge the battery pack I decided to buy a battery pack for the loveseat because I didn’t want to see wires on the floor hearing this did not make me very happy who wants a tip over loveseat in the middle of the living room for 12 hours, therefore I ran up to the store in Warwick only to find out it was all [censored].! My loveseat was out of stock not sure when it would be in! that’s not what I was told when I order it but not a problem I walk into the store on Sunday, January 15. Spoke with the MANAGER I didn’t get very far apparently he already knew the whole story. He was very nice very accommodating told me to go ahead choose whatever I wanted NO FEES! go and choose a different set. Tells my very nice very polite very friendly, very accommodating sales person go ahead and don’t charge any fees don’t charge anything. Let her choose. I walked around. I chose the one I wanted. Spent two hours with the sales person going back-and-forth he’s looking online he’s working the numbers the set is in STOCK I will be getting it in on Saturday January 21, the set that I had chosen was A LITTLE more $. I was told not a problem we’ll figure it out. Let’s see what we can do all stories out of a fairytale book after a few hours I was told I will probably owe $48.60 I said sure not a problem but then he came back to me and said don’t worry I don’t want you to wait any longer. I’ll take care of everything I will wash out the $48 as well you’ll get your Set on Saturday you’ll be all set. I was happy as a clam on Narragansett beach now remember the battery pack that I had purchased plugged it in a couple of times thinking it was doing something wrong because it was not charging. Come to find out. The battery pack was no good on Wednesday, January 19 I decided to drive to Cardis in Warwick again. and exchange my battery so it will be charged when my set arrived on Saturday anyway told me to leave the battery they will send it with my set on Saturday not a problem about an hour or so later received a call from Cardis telling me that the second set that I ordered on Sunday is not in stock and they have no idea when it will be in, but my first set the original that I had chosen was in stock in come to find out the manager told me another fairytale story regarding : go and choose whatever you wanted that wasn’t the case at all when they realize that the second set was more money, he decided to tell me that the set was not in stock at all and they had no idea when it was coming in so if you want to be led around like a little puppy and hear

the [censored] stories, CARDIS is the place to go. They did not honor. anything that I was told been told stories running back-and-forth to Cardis been promised only tails wasted my time wasted my gas here we are Thursday sitting on pillows in my living room wITH NO furniture.! They did nothing but throw their sales person under the bus BLAMED HIM so that I was upset with the sales person that was not Cell he was the only one that was honest, trying to do his job and was doing only what his manager told him to do right in front of me, I don’t have time to be running around it at the stores again I have no furniture in my house my daughter is about to get married and I don’t know what to do. I have people coming in from out of town. I think they should honor the second set that I was told it would be delivered on Saturday out of principle! CARDIS you can make as many commerciale as you want. If you do not stand behind your word, you are nothing.! I will be posting this review on ALL websites and social media to be shared by everyone I know.!

Over a month ago I walked into Cardis after spending weeks shopping around at competitors, I finally ordered a recliner sofa and love seat at Cardis paying cash on the spot. We waited about a month for delivery. The day before delivery I paid to have my previous furniture removed then delivery day came & I received a phone call from the driver telling me he was on his way with my sofa but when I asked about loveseat he replied he didn’t have one for me and he would have customer service call me. They never did. I called them and finally got someone & she said she will look into it and call me back. When she did she told me I should not have purchased the loveseat bc it’s the only loveseat in the whole store that I would have to tip upside down for 12 hours to charge the battery pack. I went to the store and found out that was a lie! A lie that was told because my loveseat was out of stock and they had no restock date. I Spoke with the MANAGER & he already knew the whole story. He was nice & very accommodating. He apologized & told me to choose whatever I wanted NO FEES! He told my very nice, polite, friendly, & accommodating sales person to go ahead & wave all fees. With the sales person I chose another set & after going back-and-forth & checking stock on multiple sets. They told me I will be getting the set on

1/21, the set that I had chosen was A LITTLE more $. I was told not a problem we’ll figure it out. Then they told me i would have to pay $48.. ok fine…. They told me I should expect my delivery on Sat. I went home to charge the new battery pack I purchased from them and it didn’t work so I went back again to return it.

An hour later Cardis called me to say that the second set that I ordered on Sunday is not in stock and they have no idea when it will be in, but my first set (the original one)that I had chosen was in stock. I changed everything ! I already bought new pillows for the new set (the 2nd one) and changed my coffee table to go with it and now they are telling me this! I have been sitting on pillows! I am extremely upset and don’t have time to run around and exchange everything.

Cardi's Furniture Outdoor patio furniture I paid $7,200

I purchased a $7,200 patio furniture set from coddies after two seasons of having the cushions outside for seven months each season and bringing them inside or winter the questions are all rotted out I contacted cardis they told me they were going to take care of it that the cushion should never write it out that quickly they told me they were going to contact the company I dealt with a woman Amy she said to me she contacted the company they don't do business anymore I contact the company and they tell me they do and there was two women who work there I spoke with both of them and both of them told me they never spoke with Amy from koties they did ask me to send them pictures so they could see for themselves Amy after I told her I knew that they were still doing business she said to me what we're going to do is have you come down pick out new furniture and we're going to put your $7,200 towards it well that changed very quickly she told me she was going to send me some information never sent it got back to her never got back to me so I went to the store spoke to a sales manager he said that he was going to contact the customer service manager Allison Pimentel and have her call me never got a call this is the way Cardis does business they're not going to replace the furniture because this is the way I guess they roll now I've done business with them for years and I will not set foot in that store again unless they made this right and I would recommend to you not to walk into the store if they're going to be buying garbage Furniture like this and you not have any knowledge of it

I have been trying to find a way to speak to customer service! Tried every number and get the same recording! I have a recliner that has been replaced and is terrible and effecting my health! Cardi's Furniture Delivery to my home

I had a sofa delivered to my home this morning. I purchased this loveseat at Cardis in South Attleboro. The delivery men damaged my walls when bringing the loveseat upstairs in my house. I tried to call Cardis was left on hold for about 34 minutes and then was redirected to leave a message. Decided to go into the store and they were no help. Finally talked with a complaint department. They do nothing for you. You have to contact a contractor yourself. Get estimates and then fill out a form. They give you only one month. I do not know of a contractor to contact. I cannot believe what horrible customer service they have. If they damage your home they should be responsible to take care of it. I will never ever buy from them again. Horrible horrible customer service. They are only nice when you are in their store because they want your business. But if you have a problem. They do not want to be bothered.

Cardi's Furniture Refund for delivered damaged furniture and to my Home

They are a scam. They will talk to you if you are buying only. But when they deliver damaged items and damage your home in a delivery they will not talk to you or offer refund or compensation. You can not speak to or email the accounting department. Then when you file a claim with you bank they lie to them too. Might have to take this to the news station not fair what they are doing to people.

Desired outcome: Full refund for product they already have back and repairs for the damage they caused to my home.

Cardi's Furniture Queen 14" L-Extra Firm Beautyrest Black Mattress.

We purchased this mattress in January, and it was delivered on January 19, 2022.

We notice it has sagged quite a bit and we're very unhappy with this product. Our total purchase price was $2,834.50.

We have attached a picture indicating the measure of the sag.

We would like prompt attention to this matter, as we're retired, and we both have back problems.

Thank you.

Cardi's Furniture Mattress and Base

Cardis is the worst experience ever! I was told my order for a mattress and base were ready for delivery. A week after my purchase Cardis came and took my old Mattress and Boxspring and set up the base for my mattress but guess what THERE IS NO MATTRESS! The delivery men said they couldnt wait to work this matter out. The manager they called was not helpful in the least nor apologetic. In fact not once did anyone ever apologize to me for what happened. I called Beau the salesman who told me in the store the mattress would be 1-2 weeks and after a week he would call to set up delivery. Beaus response to this happening is to blame me and tell me he told me the mattress would be 2-3 weeks which was never the case and he know is saying it will be another 2-3 weeks. So all day I stress and try to figure out what I can sleep on since they just took my mattress. Raymour and Flanagan can get a mattress to you overnight which is great however it took me sometime to pick out a different mattress. It is not until night that I learn that the mattress is never coming! It was DISCONTINUED and Beau was supposed to have called me which would have been great to have learned this ahead of time. Beau never apologized, nor did any manager not once single Cardis representative ever said they were sorry that this happened. I have a herniated neck and back and because of this situation I have lost feeling in my right leg now. I planned to see a doctor today but I spent yet another day waiting for Cardis to come get their crap out of my house. Thats right it took another week before they would come and get their set up for a mattress they canceled on me without telling me. The delivery mean beat up my walls! I will never ever step foot into a Cardis ever again! Their products are overpriced compared to Mattress Firm and Raymour.

Cardi's Furniture warehouse manager

With the job being already done I informed the manager I will leave after we are finished unloading the final truck. I have the necessary PTO to compensate for the remaining hours. The job at hand is completed yet we're forced to twiddle our thumbs for hours initially costing the company money because of no actual work to be done. Picking CPU is not part of the job description and is part of 2nd shifts job description ultimately leaving them to also have less to do. No other shifts helps with first shifts job when it is busy. Also the time in which Ed spoke to me is unacceptable as someone with authority shouldn't talk to workers in the manner. He told me and I quote "You don't know me" in which I felt was a hostile tone and feel very triggered at the fact he's allowed to speak to us as in whatever ways he pleases.

Cardi's Furniture patio set

I am disgusted with cardis furniture, after emails and phone calls the customer service is horrible. The furniture that was purchased back in August 2 was defective and I've yet to get a call in regards to new furniture and we are approaching November this furniture was supposed to be for the outside so all of August and all of September and half of October I could not enjoy our new furniture I'm so upset and will never again go here. We want our money back I have emailed numerous times to reach someone that is hire up then a manger and I have yet received a email back. The sales rep was quick to make the money but yet No one wants to help us

Cardi's Furniture darlene in customer service cancel my delivery for no reason

Talked to Darlene about my delivery time she asked if i wanted to cancel delivery i said NO send them i will be home.After my delivery time passed with no delivery i called and was told drivers were told i would not be home.Now i am expected to spend 3 hours tomorrow waiting for delivery. We thought this was a great store and we were going to purchase diningroom and bedroom furniture in the next few weeks. thanks to Darlene, Cardis will be losing all of our business in the future.
