I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Oak World. It's like pulling teeth just to get a response from them. And when I finally did, they only offered a measly 15 quid refund. Like, seriously? Do they not understand that the item I received was damaged? It's just frustrating, you know? I was really looking forward to getting this piece of furniture and now I'm stuck with something that's not even in good condition. I wouldn't recommend shopping with Oak World if you're looking for good customer service.

I ordered a sofa from Oak World almost 12 weeks ago. At first, they said it would take 7-9 weeks for delivery, but I haven't heard anything from them since. I had to email and call them to get any information, and the agent I spoke to was very unhelpful and didn't seem interested in helping me at all. I still have no idea when my order will be delivered, and I'm starting to get frustrated. I think it's best to shop elsewhere if you want good customer service and timely delivery.

So, I bought a piece of furniture from Oak World and it came all messed up. Like, seriously messed up. And get this, they said it wasn't even checked in the UK before it was sent to me! Like, what kind of quality control is that? Anyway, I had to wait a whole month before I even got a response from them. And then it took even longer to get my money back. It's like they only care about making sales and not about taking care of their customers. And don't even get me started on how they blamed it on Covid-19. Like, come on, that's just a lame excuse. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Oak World to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

I bought a chest of drawers from Oak World on June 6th, but it still hasn't been delivered. They keep telling me different delivery dates, but nothing ever happens. I even talked to the manager of the customer service team, and they told me that the replacement chest of drawers has also been "lost" by the delivery company. It's been a long time, and I'm starting to think that this company is going out of business. They take your money, but they might never deliver the items. I would be careful if you're thinking about buying from them.

So, I got this chest of drawers from Oak World and it was a bit of a bummer. First off, it came 10 days later than they said it would. Then, when the delivery company, Arrow, finally showed up, they didn't even deliver it to the right room even though I paid extra for that. I tried to contact them beforehand to make sure it would be delivered properly, but they didn't listen. And don't even get me started on the customer 'service'. I was on the phone for over an hour just trying to get some help. They asked me to send proof of the damage, which I did. Then they asked me to rewrap the item and send a photo, which I also did. But then, for 11 whole days, I didn't hear anything from them. I even sent them emails to follow up, but nothing. It's a shame because the chest of drawers would have been perfect if it wasn't damaged.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend Oak World based on my experience. The delivery was late and the delivery company didn't follow through on what I paid for. And the customer service was just terrible. It's frustrating when you spend a lot of money on something and it doesn't turn out the way you hoped.

I gotta say, I bought a wardrobe from Oakworld in October 2021 and it was a complete nightmare. First off, they delivered it without any warning on a day when no one was home. Then, when I started putting it together, I found out that one of the parts was cracked because they used some seriously cheap materials. They offered me a partial refund or a replacement part, and I took the refund at the time.

But then, as I kept putting it together, I found even more problems. Some of the screw holes were in the wrong place, so parts were all crooked when I assembled them. And the nails that were supposed to hold the legs and door of the wardrobe in place just wouldn't stay put.

So I asked for a full refund and for them to come pick up the faulty product. I even sent them photos of all the problems with the design and materials. But they said that since I had already accepted a partial refund, they couldn't do anything else for me. It took a lot of arguing to finally get them to agree to a refund after they picked up the item.

And let me tell you, getting that item picked up was a whole other ordeal. I had to disassemble the entire thing, which caused some damage to my property. And then, on the day of the scheduled pickup, they cancelled it just 20 minutes beforehand. It took five whole months of arguing and stress to finally get that faulty product out of my house.

I can't even begin to tell you how much time and energy I wasted on this order. I scratched up my walls and floors, and even got a few minor injuries from the faulty parts. It was a complete disaster. So seriously, think twice before ordering from Oakworld.
