February 2020 - So, we decided to give Clubfurniture a try and bought a Janice Sleeper Sofa. But, oh boy, it was a bumpy ride. When we received the sofa, we noticed that the cushions did not fit the couch properly. The seat cushions were hanging off the edge of the couch and it felt like we were being pushed forward when we sat on it. The back cushions were t-cushions and did not rest on the arm of the sofa. We were disappointed and contacted customer service. They were helpful and sent us new cushions, but they were still not correct. To make matters worse, the material had defects in it. They offered to send a technician to our home, but we were fed up and decided to return the sofa. Club Furniture did pick up the sofa, but they charged us a 10% restocking fee. We were not happy about it because it was not our fault that the sofa had quality issues. We liked the style of the sofa, but it was a manufacturing quality issue. We believe that all monies should be returned to us, but unfortunately, that is not their policy. We advise you to skip this company.
UPDATE: SEPT. 2020 - We have some good news to share. Clubfurniture has finally refunded all our money. It took a while, but we appreciate that they have resolved the issue. We have upgraded our rating to 2 stars. However, we still have concerns about the quality of their furniture.

And, to make matters worse, the area where I live is dark and wooded with narrow, winding roads that are not meant for big trucks. But, they delivered anyway and had to park in the street and carry the chair down a 100-foot drive. No white glove service here, let me tell you.
When they finally brought in the chair, it wasn't even wrapped and it wasn't a recliner like we ordered. Luckily, our chair was still wrapped and in perfect condition on the truck. The driver was tired and just wanted us to sign the paperwork so he could leave. Not the best customer service, if you ask me.
