On Thursday, April 4th, 2019 I called the Subway to order sandwiches a total of 4.
The gentleman said he could take an order for 3 but if I wanted to order 4 I would need to do that on the company website. I asked him what store number was his so I would get the right store. He told me the one listed as Hwy 111 in La Quinta. So I went on to the website and ordered the four sandwiches, then I went to the Subway I have always gone to that in a center next door to the Smart & Final store. When I got in two gentleman both hispanic where helping a lady buying two sandwiches. Finially on came over to me and I said I was there to pick up the sandwiches and showed him my reciept. He said "this is't our store", I said one of you told me to order from that store (pointing to my phone with the Subways near me on Google), that this was your site. Looking at my reciept he said "I don't know who this store is but it's not our number" I said how do I get my sandwiches where is this store. He said "I don't know we, can't do anything about it cause our owner doesn't own that store" I said so where is the store if you know your owner doesn't own it? He said "I don't know look it up on your phone."
If this is the customer service you feel is acceptable, then I will never buy your product again. I did find the store where my sandwiches were at, their employee was very disturbed by what the other stores employee had said and what they had not done, which was help me. The time ordered was around 5:15 Thursday April 4, 2019. Total of the Sandwiches was $37.99 Transaction ID: 55842462PL448931T
