I tried canceling my membership and was given the you cannot do anything until the annual fee goes through. I was given the same information last month every time I tried canceling my membership. So I finally requested to speak with the manager who turn out to be the most unprofessional individual I’ve ever met. He wouldn’t let me speak and Ken t rolling his eyes and would look everywhere but me. He finally just said I could come back tomorrow wait for him to be available and cancel. I mentioned the annual fee and he said we had to pay that no matter what even if I had been the gym for 1 day or a year. This person was very unprofessional and had a horrible attitude. I wasn’t the only person he was been a jerk to when I was there. I tried calling their customer service phone and that’s not a monitor or phone that anyone answers. So it looks to be a scam.
Desired outcome: I do not want to see or deal with that person. If you can get a professional representative from Crunch to call me. I would love to cancel my membership.
