It is very unprofessional for the reception to sit at the front desk and ignore you when you want to check in, She was so busy laughing with a co-worker, then the phone rang and she started talking. Did not look up and say I will be with you in a minute, they make you sign a bunch of papers in the waiting room. I had a 0900am appointment, I got call in at 11:30 am. There were only two people in there. I would never go back there and would never recommend them to anyone. The billing department is no better, I paid my bill off three times and every time I paid it off they come with more charges, That was the straw that broke the camel's back. Have not been there in over a year, and now they come up with another bill. They overcharged my insurance for times I was not there, Found another dentist more professionally and politer,
Desired outcome: Hire professional people and get an accountant to do billing.
