Western Dental Services review: Lack of professionalism

I am 57 female married. I had a tooth ache and need and treatment to wash teeth and check up. I was first time to Atwater, CA branch.

But I left with thrilled and threaten advise and direction.

1. I was told the treatment is to take medicine to clean the teeth. [Which I did not ask for, I just want simple teeth wash.

2. I got teeth ex-ray and needed several teeth to pull out. Dentist tell me the medicine name and ask me advice if it is okay to my teeth and my health. [I was shock when she asked. I am not a dentist or medical staff/person in my life]

3. Because I am panic and felt strange for the dentist to ask me. Because she is suppose to know it. Or ask me some question. But she said needed me to go to emergency room and talked to the doctor about the medicine if it is okay for me to pull out my teeth. [I think the dentist is outrageous]

4. She basically needed me to go have a family doctor appt and bring her dentist paper to ask my family doctor to sign it.

5. I was then very sick, shock and hopeless because my teeth was hurt and need immediate care.

6. This is the most worst dentist I have ever went to.

7. It has been a half year now. The dentist still can not operate the surgery of my damaged teeth to pull out. And did not clean my teeth tooth. I do not know what is that called but the dentist can not speak very good in English. And she is a Mexican woman.

8. Before 2019, most usa worker is like 10 in 1, now is like 1 in 10, [my meaning is 1 person can work 10 person jobs. But now is 10 person only can handle 1 jobs. That is very frustrated when client like me experienced it.

9.Western dental still call me to go and get them paper by intruding the emergency room doctors to do them a flavor by me.

10. I do not like it. It doesn't make sense at all. And they are not making phone calls and using computer. JUST ask me like a messenger. I am totally do not know what they want about all this. THIS IS NOT MY JOB.

I only need teeth pull out and teeth cleaning. ?!

My teeth is still not treated. Last time in Phoenix, AZ Risas dental in year 2020, they are bad too, I wanted a teeth cleaning, I do not smoke or drink, and I am from HK, normal 54 years old woman teeth, and using insurance card. The dental was horrible, like 25 to 30 years old man, he said my teeth is very dirty [which is totally not true] he refused clean my teeth, and he won't let go, he proposed a 1 year plan over $1300, so he will care and clean my teeth. I think he is strange, I had insurance, and I only needed one time cleaning with my normal teeth. And he ask me out. This is rude.

I travel back to Stanislaus now, but western dental has language and staffs are worst at communicating and customer servicing client particular from HK immigration and American born child from Chinese family. My family usually got an excellent individual professional from their own clinic, but they all moved after COVID arrived. We are crying. And my two daughters has problem with Stanislaus Western dental seriously too about their teeth bracing treatment. There is no relationship manager around, it is like a refugee camp. It is all wrong and loose in everything.
