awful company
I needed dentures right away. They escepted payments. What a mistake. I made 2 trips there after they made my dentures because they never fit right. Well they still didn't fit. I had another dentist fix them. The price was $800.00 for my dentures, my total bill was aprrox. $1, 500.00. I received retro medical. I sent them my medical card & letter of retro date. It took them 3-4 months to turn it in to medical. But they never did turn in for my dentures. Just for pulling my teeth. They won't turn it in to medical, they say dentures have to be pre-approved. Medical has told me, that is not for them to decide. Mean while, now they have raised the price of my dentures to $1, 829.00. My dentures cracked after 6 months. I never dropped them. I called them, they want $165.00 to fix them. They start pulling your teeth before your mouth is even numb. They call me about twice a week to harass me about my bill. They say my contract is viod, but then they expect me to make the contract payments. All the payments I am making they are using as late fees. Because I do not make the contract payment. I wouldn't advise any one to go there.

I used to work for western dental-unfortunately.
Let me begin by telling you guys about the way WD makes their money.
*WD has commercials. A lot of them. Airing all day long.
*WD has GREAT marketing.
*WD dentist want to open their own practice and need the experience and WD is the only place that hires them quickly.
WD has a high turnout rate with dentists. They Don't last!The only dentist with some experience is the MANAGING DENTIST who normally has a little more experience.
*WD makes their money from Medical patients. If medical EVER decides to not have a contract with WD anymore, WD will be out of business
I suggest that if you have insurance PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE take your business to a dentist who works privately and is not incorp.
If you have ANY goverment aid Healthy Families, Medical etc) and HAVE to go to WD and dont have any other choice, I would suggest:
0) arrive on time
1)As soon as you come in through the door ask how long it will take,
2)Never wait more than 15 mins. if you have an appointment.
3)Always request a copy of your X-rays before you leave the office. You have a RIGHT to have those.
4)Take the x-rays and PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE get more than one opinion (by different dentist)
5)Be careful and make sure that UNLESS you are sure to let WD start your dental work and finish it, you sign ANYTHING!
6) Otherwise, don't agree/sign to anything, no other dentist will continue any work another dentist began.
*Note: WD cares about THE AMOUNT of patients it sees daily. And not how many people leave their office smiling.
After all if you're a patient with MEDICAL they already got a big chunk of money by them reported that you were there and took x-rays. Patients will always be JUST A NUMBER.
It's common sense people, WD cares about #'s! Not people! They're a COORPORATION!

Western Dental sucks! The dentist barely speak English, the staff is rude, and the wait is long. I will never go to Western Dental again! I will save up the money and go to a half way decent dentist, than go there...
I am currently being "serviced" by western dental in fairfield and I agree that they certainly do not call you when they should. My experience has been horrible(to say the least) from the minute i stepped foot in the fairfield, california office. My first trip i waited 4 hours in the front and 2 once seated in the back before they even looked at my mouth. In the last couple of months i have had 5 root canals, 5 extractions, 4 crowns, and a cple fillings as well as prep work and fittings(so far) for a partial upper and lower denture. Let me first off state that in my 30 years of life i've been through thousands and thousands of dollars worth of dental treatment and am really tolerant when it comes to receiving dental work. But throughout the last couple months i have been what seems to be part of a horror film-like experiment. It felt like they had no consideration(at all) for my physical being and savagely performed their work as if I wasn't conscious(or even alive at that) throughout the whole nightmarish ordeal. During the worst of it I had to stop and tell the dentist to "knock that ### off" and stop pushing so hard against my gums. While applying my crowns they stretched my mouth so wide and so inhumanely that both edges of my mouth ripped and bled. Aside from that for the last 3 weeks I've lived my life walking around with an extremely unsightly gap in the front of my mouth while waiting on my partials to arrive. I received a call last monday which is when i had an appointment for the fitting but instead received a call from a receptionist who informed me they hadn't arrived yet. She explained that they'll give me a call when they arrive but that they should come in by the end of the week.So i told her thats fine. Before i continue let me explain that I'm currently as close to losing my job as possible due to all the time i've had to take off for the numerous visits throughout all of this. On friday i called to find out if the fittings had arrived but was told they still hadn't come in. So i called again on saturday and found out that they actually HAD received them on thursday. I askd the receptionist why they failed to notify me when they showed up & was told "we were just given the printout of individuals to call". So again i realized i would have to deal with it & was told to come in today, monday, a week after they were originally suppose to have me come in for the fitting. When i arrived today i began my wonderful and ever-so-welcoming visit with the receptionist telling me that i no longer have cmsp as of 2 days ago and even though i was provided a printout months ago from cmsp with the approval and authorization to provide all these services and for the partials i had to reapply and become eligible before they would finalize the procedure & supply me with the partials. After a brief show of disgust and exchange of words with who i think MAY have been a supervisor...they agreed to have me fitted. But of course as always nothing in that office could ever go as smoothly as one may wish for. So when they sat me down they had realized the lab had made a mistake that would extend my wait another 3 weeks or a month. THE LAB SENT A BROKEN AND WRONGLY CONFIGURED FITTING. So once again they sent me on my way large gap and all wondering if/when i'll ever wake up from this hellish nightmare. Seriously people let this and all the other horror stories you read online be the motivational force for you to get up, get out, and put a stop to these DENTAL TERRORISTS! DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT FOR THE SAKE OF THE NEXT INDIVIADUAL WHO COMES TO WESTERN DENTAL IN FAIRFIELD, CALIFORNIA and any other mentioned locations who virtually have no consideration for yours, mine, or anyones well being.
Western Dental has the WORST staff I have ever seen in my life. They never call you back when they say they will, they care more to talk to eachother about what clubs they go to and how many people they hook up with, why their baby daddy in jail etc...Every time I go in there, they are rude and unprofessional and worst of all, THEY LIE! People, if you are thinking of going to western dental, dont! I was told they sucked but I never believed it would happen to me and it did. Now I am stuck paying $1, 500 extra and having to wait and hour extra every time I need my bands fixed. Wester Dental blows!
I had my braces taken off last year from western dental in fairfield Ca. Im not really satisfied with my teeth. I really have a good insurance, I should have gone to a private orthodontist. Now I have to get braces again because my teeth are not that straight. Unfortunately, I can only use my ortho insurance once... Can someone advise me?

It was the worst service for all three times which we had with the dentist.
I had a meeting on 4 pm, but we have been invited in a cabinet only in 5.30 pm. We doesn’t have any information why we waited so long time. The dentist has come to us only at 6.05 pm. We expected a meeting with the dentist more than 2 hours. Every time when we came to treat a teeth we waited from 1 till 2 hours.
The manager Joyce Phan was not helpful. It only has told that at all of them patients is waiting. Also told that the office has many dentist, but working only one dentist, and the quantity of patients reaches up to 80 person in day.
I shall never recommend services Western Dental more, and also shall help friends and relatives to replace plan Western Dental on other dental plan like Liberty Dental Health Net Dental.
i had a very scary expeience there and hope no one else has to go through what i went through it was very scary and i hope other people will take my advice to find a safer dentist.

I would like to share a few of my experiences at Western Dental on Churn Creek in hopes to make this Western Dental a better service to our community and would highly advise someone who could make a valuable change to evaluate the operation of this business. Many staff employees are unprofessional, rude, disorganized, immature and inattentive. The music is turned up and the staff is tuned out. They do not make eye contact directly with anyone in the waiting room until the person goes to them to ask a question, they are in a world of their own completely ignoring their clients. They do not pay attention to how long someone has been waiting or anything of the like. This is my minor concern, my bigger concern is their "quality of patient care." My cousin visited in late June to experience a 2 hour wait before being called in for dental care, she mentioned this to me which i assumed that they must've gotten behind schedule that ONE day. Come to find out from my own personal experience that this is a regular practice for this place of business.
7/5 My daughter and i waited in the waiting room for 30 minutes, they then took xrays and we sat in our own separate chairs next to each other for an additional 50 minutes. When we left we had covered the "evaluation" of what needed to be done and the cost.
7/15 (crown) I sat in the waiting room for 2 hours, kid you not when i finally went to the front desk to ask "why all the dental staff were leaving for home?" and how much longer will it be?" The desk clerk never directly answered me but was whispering behind the computer to the other Rep. as a child would. They all walked in circles when finally an older employee addressed me and took me to the back saying "we will get you right in, there was a mix up with your file, I am sorry." I sit down as i here several people behind me saying that they don't have time to do it today, it is too late. A few minutes later the floor supervisor directly told me that it was too late in the day, and he was sorry about the mix up and that he would get me straight in the next appt. then when i came back to the front desk 2 hour 15 min. later the same young girl "Nicole" was trying to ignore me but she didn't have a choice because she was in charge of doing appts. apparently.
7/22/08 (crown) called me in after 10 minutes... sat in chair an additional 30 minutes, then the dentist apologized because the "prep tools" weren't ready so i waited an additional 15 minutes. The dentist said to another dentist referring to my crown "this is too hard." There was also conversation between the dentist and dental assistant regarding "who wants to put on the temporary crown?" There was hesitation! That is all thus far.
I am pissed I cannot even sleep just to think about it
First of all, they took my braces off, they had told me that I had small roots and they did not wanted to risk my tooth to fall off. So I decided to take them off, after they took them off I got my retainers they didn’t fit me at all. Then my teeth were moving so, I went back they gave me new ones, but they did not fit at all again, so now my teeth are crick out and they told me I still have to pay them my contract was for 2 yrs and I only had my braces for one yr and I am still paying.

actually, As a Western Dental manager, I can say the patient is mostly correct. Western Dental does not hold you accountable for services not provided. You can opt to have the braces removed and any treatments not provided will not be billed, however, Orthodonic care costs are heavily front loaded, The records, banding etc. occur in the first days/weeks of treatment. The monthly adjustments are smaller by comparison. Despite cancelling the contract you may have incurred a significant amount of Accounts receivable balance.

Obviously, you know nothing about the law. Contract or no contract, you can't charge for what isn't provided.
You just keep pushing this policy! It may not be today, but trust me when I say that "the time is going to come when that policy is stuffed down your throat" (not in a physical way).

It all began in January when we suspected Western Dental of insurance fraud, so we went to talk to the manager and have her explain why they were billing my insurance (Delta dental) almost twice as much as my services cost. My husband and I had been patients there for a month and gotten a few cavities filled, cleaning, extraction and X rays.
They basically billed my insurance so much money for these services that they practically capped out our yearly insurance allowance.
These were fees for; CLEANING, 6 Fill ins, one extraction and X rays for my husband and I. We called the corporate 1800 number to ask management about the billing, so they told us to go to the Broadway Office in Tucson to talk to the Office manager. So we did and this took place sometime in February.
When we arrived and spoke to the office manager, she seemed very overwhelmed with her day so when we asked for answers about the billing she was very vague and shady with all her answers. Everything was so confusing I finally just wanted copies of everything on file. She then got extremely frustrated and refused to give us copies of our documents. The office manager asked us to leave and since we didn't have our documents we needed to stay. Since we didn't leave right away she ran off and called the cops making a big scene and yelling at us to leave in front of the staff and patients.
I left the property and called the regional manager to discuss the matter and that is when she said she was going to call the office manager and start the investigation. She promised to mail my documents and call us the following day; Its been 6 months and still have not heard from her.
I recently got a new dentist and need oral surgery, which has caused me to need these documents from western dental. These are documents that I already paid for with my insurance.
So on 6/16/09, I had to call the 1800 customer service number to see how I could finally obtain my documents and avoid calling the local office where the incident happened. Customer service instructed me I had no choice but to call the local office to get copies of the originals. I hesitated but IM in need of these documents because of health reasons, so I called and they told me to come in and pay a $25 fee and I can have the files. When I show up the next day(6/17/09), the front office assistant had X rays in hand and ready to give them to me, when the manager that had called the police on me previously saw me and denied me my personal documents, she then ran in her back office to call the police on me again. While she’s calling the police shes yelling at me and the front office assistant to go ahead and take my $25 payment and she will mail my documents to me and to get out. She then told another male employee to kick me out, so this male employee got inches from my face (Grecia Brenner) and told me he would physically remove me. I was fearful for my being and since there were several patients waiting in the waiting room I stood there and felt a little safer with my arms crossed and told the male employee to go ahead and touch me, I already knew in the back of my head that the police were on their way and that's when I stepped outside to wait on the police. The police then came and took everyone's statements. I had one witness on my side saying that I was polite asking for my files and that they denied it and made me leave. All the other “witnesses”, all Western dental employees, of course took managers side.
These statements gave the police officer no choice but to cite me for disorderly conduct.
I was so embarrassed and extremely upset that Western Dental would do this to me for only wanting documents that I still don't have after trying for 6 months. It seems as they are trying to cover something up.
IM in need of desperate help and I would appreciate it if someone could help out, because I still don't have the copies of all my records and NOW I have a criminal citation.
This has been really inconvenient and will cost me work time and pay, as well as attorney fees. I had no other choice but to go to Western Dental Broadway office to get my documents. Out of all the places in Tucson, they are the only ones to have my files.

The regional manager/corporate gave my husband and I the run around... Promising a phone call, an investigation, and to mail the documents I needed (x-rays and all billing documents). Also they have called the police on my husband and me twice because they are refusing to give us any documents. It’s been 6 months and I still have no records or X-rays. They continue to harass us with many phone calls, asking for payments since my insurance cut them off. We have told them every time they call to stop calling because of the “INVESTIGATION” that was supposable going on, but when we go in person they refuse to attend us and call the police.
My insurance is investigating their billing department and have yet to contact us, so we are still waiting on Delta Dental.
I have had severe pain caused by my impacted wisdom teeth that need to be removed immediately, but Western Dental has made that impossible for me to take care of since they are denying my records to us and my insurance is capped out with all their fees.
The total fees charged to my insurance are $2, 901.00. I have copies of my explanation of benefits as well as contracts with Western Dental with all these amounts. I also have made 2 payments of $100 to Western Dental. My husband and I have taken time off work and lives to deal with this matter at Western Dental. I have also received a citation for a criminal charge because of this company and their negligent way of operating a medical business. My impacted teeth need to be removed as soon as possible and it’s been hard to do that for the past 6 months since I can’t get records of my mouth and I can’t afford to pay my new dentist the fees to get new records and x- rays all over again.
My husband and I are good citizens who stay out of trouble. We recently moved to Tucson with our 6 year old son to start a new job and life.
These current events are horrible and unjustified and we believe it’s time to get justice.

I was given a flyer advertising free cleaning. When my wife and I arrived, we were given several forms to complete and sign. The dentist cleaned my teeth (just like any other semi annual cleaning) and fitted me for a bridge. He cleaned my wife's teeth and filled two teeth. We were told we had great insurance and it would cover almost all of the charges. The following month I received my EOB from Delta Dental and discovered almost $4000.00 in fraudulent charges. The charged us for two deep cleaning $1200.00 each and a bridge, that still has not been put in due to incorrect fit. My insurance company is investigating these charges. Also, the most disturbing, I received a credit card bill from GE Money (Care Credit) with a balance of over $3500.00. I never opened this account, nor did I ever willing authorize West Coast Dental to open an account in my name. In addition, the dental office hangs up on us every time we call and try to resolve the matter. When they were told that these services were not performed on us, they told us we are not doctors and hang up.

Agreed that my 6000.00 dollar of dental work at 210.00 per mo. for 21 months included partials, but once the 4 teeth were extracted and a crown with a special hook applied to place partials on was applied then was told the partials were not included in the estimate...why would I have teeth removed when I wasn't covered to have them replaced! I spoke with their office manager about my concerns and was told that the original verbal agreement which included me saying to the office manager so this quote includes my partials them replying yes you are covered...telling me they never even spoke with me… and their name was on my original quote… saying they never even spoke with me...that it wasn't covered!

Went to the Western dental on Shaw Ave in Clovis, they are a fraud. They are billing my insurance & charging me as a cash Pt, they refuse to update my insurance information from a cash Pt to a Pt with insurance, they are trying to charge me more than what my insurance allows. From the local office to the $tupid reps at corporate office no one can do their job correctly. Then corporate still has me as a cash Pt, when I have EOB's showing my dental insurance has been billed and paid, they refuse to do anything, no one from either office has the EOB's, so I go down there & provide the EOB's to the office manager to clear up everything to get the account corrected. Was it corrected no, it's been going on 4 months, each time I have to wait for the person who does the ortho billing to update my account, well that should have been taken care of months ago. Frustrated.
western dental in fresno on west shaw was so posed to do a root canal and put a crown on afterwards . I gave western dental 200.00 for the crown while doing the root canal the dentist broke the file in the root and told I needed to find an orthodontist to remove the file. Since I didn't get the crown I wanted my 200.00 refund back. at the office the receptionist said I have to wait 2 week to my money, I call two weeks later and was told they hired a new manager of the office. Call back a week later today I called and talked to the new manager and she said called back in two weeks. Western Dental on W March Lane in Stockton Ca is a complete ripoff and fraud. They are completely disorganized and charged me for treatment that never took place thou the office manager said it was done and the doctor noted it in his progress notes. I know for a fact that the work wasn't completely done because I couldn't bare the pain of having the implants put in . I was additionally charged for bonegrafting that never took place . So I put down two thousands dollars cash and owe a total of $10,134.00 and my teeth look exactly the same as they did when I sat down in the chair . 4 implants in my gums only @ $2,167 each.
I had to pay Western Dental a total of $1900 for a deep cleaning and 3 fillings (which I don't think I needed). I go to another Western Dental office a year later for a regular cleaning and they tried to sell me another deep cleaning, not knowing another office already did that. I leave and go to a small dentist office and the dentist told me that Western Dental used to called Dr. Beechum. They had so many complaints the government was going to shut them down, so they changed the name, but they're still scamming people.
I went Western Dental for a cleaning. The quote was for $79.00. The service I wanted to pay for was a cleaning. I came into the office were I was signed in at a computer, no one said hello, I manually signed into a computer which felt very impersonal. My appointment was scheduled for 10:15 a.m., I was called from the waiting room at 11:10(almost an hour after scheduled). I was then taken to an ex-ray room where I inquired why I would need ex-rays for a cleaning? I was told any dentist would require them and it was included in the cleaning price. I sat through the grueling process, were the dental assistant many times left me with ex-ray prongs in my mouth to chat with other employees. After that, I was taken back to the examination room, where I waited another 15 minutes. The dentist finally came in after reviewing my ex-rays he told me my teeth were very healthy and that I have no cavities, this did not surprise me I have never had a cavity. He did say my gum have some problems. He proceeded to look through my mouth and then told me the opposite of everything he had just said, he said that that I have two cavities, bad gums, and my teeth are loose. He left the room and his assistant presented me with a bill of over $1300 that I could pay with payment plans, when I explained I just wanted the cleaning I was promised for $79.00 they told me the y would not, since I did not receive the service I requested I feel I owe them nothing. I did tell them if I was going to be charged the $79.00 anyways could I please have a copy of my ex-rays. In which their response was that the ex-rays would be no good at any other office. I wasted my time and on my way out of the door they informed me because I was not willing to pay for nothing that an additional $250 collection fee would be attached to the $79.00.
I have received two bills this week stating that I am past due for western dental . With one stating I owe 69.00 and the next said I owe 183.00. I have called twice and they tell me that I am current and that they have no idea why these statements were sent to me...they have no idea how to bill ...please get new billers...also they just called my brother in law ---who I don't even know his phone number---to comfirm a office visit...please stop horrassing my family...this is enough..I really want to check into 3 on your side or picking this place...

On August 17 my daughter had an appointment at 11 am, as always we had to wait 2 hours minimum. At times the wait could reach up to 3-5 hours & possibly more! The dentists are always rushing you & are extremely impatient. They don't let you ask questions. Their facial expressions looks as if they're jail guardians. My daughter is 11 years old and unfortunately is terrified of needles. She has a cavity, her dentist was female, my daughter refused to get the shot. She didn't say anything. She left her mouth closed. The dentist exploded and yelled at my daughter, "you are so spoiled, you drama queen, if you were my daughter i would punish you, i would hit you and i wouldn't care if you called the police. " when the kids are in treatment the personal dentist doesn't allow the parents inside. They don't care if the kid (S) are two years old. After my daughter refused the shot, they gave me another appointment with a "kids specialist" on august 24, 2010 at 5 pm they attend my daughter at 7:45 pm she refused to get the shot. The dentists assistant was the same guy from the previous appointment. When he saw her, he started to talk bad about her as well. They have no respect for others, and don't deserve to be respected. I hope no one else has to go through this. And for a fact i know i will not be coming back to this so called "dentist" again.
I'm so unhappy with the job that was done to my teeth all they did was fillings and still managed to screw that up the lady was in such a hurry to leave didnt bother to trim the fillings when she was done and numb my mouth wrong at of all the times i been to the dentist i had never been numb like that and it felt awful when i got home i wasn't able to bite down or eat anything for 2 days it was the worst i had experienced i went back once they were open again and that dumb ### had the nerve to tell me "i knew you'd be back the fillings were to high" in the back of my mind i was like yeah you dumb ### you knew it and didnt even bother to fix it because you just wanted to rush through the procedure and leave! I had an exposed nerve on tooth 17 (wisdom tooth) so it was extracted, I was also informed I needed a filling on tooth 18 right next to it. I thought sweet I thought it would be a root canal. $179 down and 4 payments of $43 no problem. Days after my filling I was experiencing lots of pain, kept having to miss work (I'm a travel agent so talking on the phone was difficult) everytime I would return they'd file it down and say it'll get better you're fine. Went today due to puking because the pain is so bad...he attempted to file it again and send me out the door but I begged for an xray. Come to find out there's a major infection and I should of originally had a root canal. NOW they want to charge me for both a root canal AND the filing they should have never done. $1, 200 extra!
I’m so unhappy with the job that was done to my teeth all they did was fillings and still managed to screw that up the lady was in such a hurry to leave didn’t bother to trim the fillings when she was done and numb my mouth wrong at of all the times I been to the dentist.
I had never been numb like that and it felt awful when I got home. I wasn’t able to bite down or eat anything for 2 days it was the worst experience i had. I went back once they were open again and that dumb ### had the nerve to tell me “I knew you’d be back the fillings were to high” in the back of my mind.
I was like yeah you dumb ### you knew it and didn’t even bother to fix it because you just wanted to rush through the procedure and leave! People it’s not worth going to any wad our teeth are to valuable to just have someone screw with them!

In August of 2007, I went to Western Dental in San Leandro California. Over the next couple of weeks I had examinations and work done on my teeth, including two that were extracted. The work included, fillings, extractions, a crown, and deep cleaning, as well as x-rays. I was supposed to return to have another tooth extracted, but had no desire to return there. I was treated shoddily, and left sitting in a dental chair, almost horizontal, for almost an hour. The Dentist had injected me with medication to numb my jaw and left me sitting. I finally called out to an assistant who was walking by, and she went to get the Dentist (who seemed to know little English). When she returned I told her that the injection had worn off, and requested that she numb the area again.
After the work was completed I went home, and endured pain from the crown she had put in. It was jabbing my gum, but I thought that it would stop hurting after a while (which it did). I was sooo glad that these people were out of my mouth, and even though I had problems with the work, vowed not to return there.
Finally I got Dental Insurance through my job, and went to another dentist in Hayward California. To my horror they told me that I had to have everything redone, that WD had done, not even a year ago. Since there is a deductible, i will have to pay over $6000.00 to have the work redone. Not to mention that I have already gone through pain and suffering with WD. They also mentioned that there is an infection under the crown, which is affecting my lower left jaw. Also the fillings she put in all have decay under them, and I may lose more teeth.
So to say the least I am upset with WD, and their shoddy work. I am also upset with the State of California for allowing them to continue practicing here. BTW when I tried to look up my Dentist on the State Licensing Board, she was not there. They have given me the run-around since I contacted them about my complaint. I have not been able to get anyone on the Corporate site.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
A couple years ago I was at Western dental in Santa Rosa on Farmers Lane and to have a tooth removed I paid up front and didn't get the tooth removed and said I had to see a oral surgeon that was going to be there two months down the line
Waiting 5 hours for an extraction doctor doesn't care about patiences always have to wait with the doctor in napa I'm not coming here anymore and I paid a lot money for being treating like this
these people call me up 24hrs. and send messages and I have never even been to their facilities or used their services. I'm a disabled veteran and i recieve all this for free. their phone # is [protected] and they have used several different numbers to call. I'm also checking to see if there's any legal action i can take.
I'm being charged three times in a month with the same account number and I only pay once a month. I mean I only pay $50 dollars but I'm getting charged 50 two times and $225.00 one time.
I have been up all night with a tooth ache I arrive to your Redwood City location as soon as they open I arrive crying because I'm in so much pain. And the receptionist tells me u can wait and I'll ask the dr if they will see u I'm in pain don't u guys have emergency treatment for patience what am I suppose to do I m In [censored]ing pain

Then they tell me u can wait we will ask the dr if he. An fit u in. Fit me in it's an emergency what the hell am I suppose to do I'm crying I can t eat sleep it hurts to talk and just to sit here appointment or not I should be a priority I'm in pain I've been in pain for hrs you guys are suppose to help people and offer emergency services I don't care if they pull the damn tooth just please make the pain stop
Was in the office for more than an 1 hr and was told there was a patent in front of me. I have a fracture back and its painful waiting for a long period of time.
Denture partials never fit, said I'd ne reshuldule 1 wk. Nollo contendo. I feel i was burnt, out of 2100$ for me an aquana carr /wife...
I had 2 teeth pulled 11/ 14/ 2017 i was told i would get a bone implant done that day i being forced to pay $566.00 dollars for that which wasn't done they are crooks scam they need to shut down
They don't speak english mostly because they are all on visas. They are pure evil. Get an attorney. Make them pay! Report to bbb. Get qll your documents. Hopefully they will all go to prison in our near future. Which isn't soon enough.

OMG! I am beyond FURIOUS with in incompetency of the entire Western Dental experience! Over-booking patients, hour wait when given an appointment, hacking away at my 13 years olds gums with braces, she cried in agony and bleeding while then continued to carve away in her mouth. They said her orthodontist (also Western Dental) placed her braces in wrong position so they had no choice but to dig around them deep into the gums. I was horrified how cruel they were! And then the nightmare with their horrendous orthodontic treatment and crooked contract BS. (I will fill in the details shortly, thanks).
The staff is rude. Always call to tell you that they need to change your appt. but when you have something come up, they want to charge you $35 to change times, not just dates. They don't have many appt. days to choose from and expect you to bend and come in when it is convenient for them, not you. Orthos don't have a clue what they are doing. May not have same doc each time and each wants to do something totally different. No where to sit in waiting room either. Wait time is 1-2 hours. You feel like you have entered another country because rarely will you here English spoken. About 6 patients lined up side by side in chairs and Doc moves from patient to patient without washing hands, just changing gloves. (Not a replacement for washing hands). Don't be fooled by price either. Will nicket and dime you to death. Go to reputable Ortho and pay a little more. I don't think my child's teeth have moved at all. Her regular dentist knew more of what to do than what has been done here at Western Dental.
I REALLY HOPE THAT THE CORPORATE FINDS OUT WHO THIS E.L. PERSON IS AND SEWS THE ### OUT OF THEM FOR SLANDER AND DEFAMATION OF BUSINESS CHARACTER. THAT WOULD TEACH THEM TO TALK ###.

I totally agree. I had horrible service in the Folsom, CA location. There wasn't any waiting, but the service was awful. During my first appointment I was in the chair for over 3 1/2 hours. I was almost choked by cotton roll falling in back of my throat which neither doctor or assistant noticed. I had to pull it out myself. I was treated as if it was my fault the appointment was taking so long... it was after work hours. My mouth was no longer numb during the end of the treatment, but I just wanted to get out. I was in tears! I had more than three assistants that kept switching out as some were going home for the day. At one point, it was just me and the dentist with her rushing to get done and a suction just sitting in my mouth.
I also went back for a teeth whitening and was burned horribly. My front gums will probably never be the same. I thought I'd be able to smile more after the whitening, but that is not the case. The gums on my front teeth have receded and no longer follow the shape of my front teeth. It's aweful!
I was charegd for things that I don't even think I needed and the work was bad. I'll NEVER use them again to try and save a few $$. I really don't think I did save money as my normal dentist would have probably charged the same AND his work is fabulous. It's just been tough finacially, so I thought I'd take a chance. Bad move on my part!
Not only was the service bad, but now I'm being asked to pay more money when I actually made my last payment in the office. I'm even being charged a late fee! I have send an email complaint, but let's see if something arrises out of it.
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, DIRTY PLACE AND VERY EXPENSIVE!
THEY ARE SUCH A RIPOFF! THEY DO EVERYTHING IN SUCH A RUSH, BAD JOB THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING!
THEY OVERPRICE YOU DONT GO THERE!
