Carl's Jr. - Service

Today my experience in Carl’s Jr located 2912 S Figueroa Los Angeles CA 90007.

Felt very uncomfortable with the young lady with the attitude and pound of make up treating customers like they’re beneath her.

As she stood the seeing my food sitting waiting to be bagged. She preferred to mock the lady asking to use the bath room. 10 minutes wasted so she can laugh with the manager Mary. As she finally brings me my food it’s cold, I said some thing to the young lady and she snatched the food out my hand and proceeded to the back of the resturant. Mary said it would was ok how Carrie treated me. Very disrespectful and I’m outraged that a manger watched the whole situation take place

Desired outcome: No out come!!!
