Hi I am a frequent customer at Marshall's at least once a month I go shopping and spend about 2-300 dollars this week when I went to check out I placed my brand new $1500 Inphone on the counter to get my wallet as I'm walking out the store with both hands full of bags I realize I left my phone on the counter so I went back to the store and the manager said that they're closed they couldn't let me in. I came back the following day and asked to speak to a manager to see if they found my phone which I tracked with find my iPhone app and it showed me that's the last place where my phone was i tried to explain to them that my whole business is on that phone and begged them to help me and check if they see anything they got very frustrated with me and said I need to leave the premises and ignored me I waited there all day to speak to second shift manger but she was very rude and threatened me to harm me and ignored me for the rest of the night. after asking to review the cameras they gave me attitude I said they cannot do it and told me I got a leave the store after coming back the following day and asking them and explaining to them that this is my phone and my business phone my whole business is through this phone they didn't seem to care and their attitude just became stronger and made it seem like I'm crazy and we're laughing at me and made me feel like [censored] humiliating me in front all costumers I spent 3 days asking nicely once a day for their help with the cameras but they didn't want me to see that one of the employers took it
Already lost a whole week of business and keep losing money because all the information regarding my businesses on the phone I don't know what to do I'm stuck I never expected this to happen in a store like marshals where I've been and loyal customer for years have receipts racking up at least a couple of thousands dollars in the past few month customer service is horrible I'd like for corporate to reach out and resolve this issue or I will need to take legal action please this is my last try to reach out to me at
