Store number cj-1100364-ca-lynnwood customer service was very rude towards me and my wife we order one thing and they gave us what we didn't want it and we also asked if they had jalapenos or any type of spices or because one of our daughters are allergic to spicy and jalapeno food they say no it didn't have no spice or no jalapeno on them and they want my wife was biting her hamburger what a pieces of jalapeno appeared now if something goes on with my kids you guys are responsible for the damage after that thank you very much and the customer service was very very bad and ugly she started arguing with my wife telling her to let's go outside and we solve it outside and I think that's incorrect the way she behaved towards my wife and I would like to talk to somebody else further than me writing what i'm writing to a bigger supervisor or to the corporation to see if we could handle this business right now or as soon as possible because if my kids were ate that jalapeno sandwiches sandwiches would have been serious against the company cars junior here in lakewood thank you very much and have a great day
Desired outcome: I would like to have that the two ladies there were arguing with my wife against the menu to get fired or to get suspended because my wife and my kids are in high risk

Sunday 12 at 4:04pm I was the only one in the driver's thru and the young lady turned on the speaker she was laughing load andI told her to give me a minute so I could get my order ready she did she turn her speaker off a minutes later I told her I was ready to place my order she turn on the speaker but at this time she was still laughing and what got me disappointed was she was not paying attention to my order so I ask her to act professional, she took my order laughing when I got to the window this young lady give me my total I handle her $40 dollars and I ask her if she took my order she said no (her name is Ailern) so I ask her can you give the name of the person that took my order cause she act she didn't care about my order and also she was not professional at all she say her name is Maria. I also ask for the manager name she said she couldn't give that due to privacy but the reason cooperates have manager is for them to handle any issues ok is fine. Overall I'm very disappointed at this service.
