Good evening, my name is Melissa Hoke, I made a meal purchase at restaurant #C750168 1144 Country Club Drive Madera, California Ticket #1297 at 3:46pm through the drive thru where the young lady was very rude and making dirty looks when I asked a question regarding a beverage cup. After my question she very rudely told me to wait in the front of the parking lot for my order, when driving around to the front of the restaurant there were many other customers waiting for their drive thru orders. There was no parking available due to a shortage of parking in the parking lot.
I waited 10 minutes, and no one came out with my order. I went into the restaurant and was treated very badly from the gentleman at the front counter. I asked for the drink container that comes with the 10-piece meal and was told to fill it up myself when doing so I spilled the drink on my clothing and hands due to my many disabilities with my hands. I asked the same gentleman to assist me, and he refused me service and said I could do it myself. I told him I refuse to fill it up it is his job to do so, and he rudely filled it up less that the halfway point of the container. When handed my food around 4:20 pm they practically threw it at me. I have a disability and felt this is very poor management and customer service. When I arrived home, I found that the gravy container was never shut and leaked out all over the other food items. I paid $43.05 for a meal that was ruined. I would like to be reimbursed and will be reviewing how people with disabilities are treated. This store needs to be cleaned up and have a manager on site at all times. The employees were also handing out free food to customers other than the ones who had been waiting for their drive through orders over 15-20 minutes. This is not ok. The employees need proper training and people skills.
Desired outcome: Refund me $43.05 to the card the order was processed on.
