I went in for my brake inspection and did some brake service done on 12/06/22. My car was finally ready for pick up at 6pm closing time and I noticed my car was backed in in the parking lot and was the last car parked? I didn't think anything of it until left and went to the store. As was leaving the store to approach my car, I noticed my hubcap was gone and I contacted Roger who was helping me earlier at the front desk at the Milpitas, CA location. He told me he was going to ask the technitian that serviced my car, and when he got back on the phone, he told me that he said, "I had only three on when I got there". This is crazy and he clearly lied to him and Roger told me, "he would contact his manager." I told him "I would call tomorrow morning," since it was closing time, and when I called the next morning (today), Roger told me, "his manager won't be in until tomorrow morning." I am filing this complaint because I am not happy or satisfied and I think I should get all my hubcaps replaced or should get refunded my service bill!
