On 10/17/19 @ 7:30 pm, I went to do some Shopping and when I was ready to purchase my items, there was only 1 cashier, while many others (4 people) going back and forth, and no one help the other cashier. There were two people in the returns area and a security talking to each other, not about work, but just talking. It wasn't until I made a remark twice about how awful that Ross Store is very unattended. A cashier help me because she heard my remark and she was very polite and understanding (Eleana or Elana, cant renumber) she was very professional. I ask who the manager was and she pointed to one of the people standing in the return area, that manager should not be working there if she does nothing to help the patrons of the store and totally ignored the needs of our service. The bathroom at the store was as awful as a gas station bathroom, paper on the floor, urine smell and very dirty. I will not be shopping at the Store for a while, I am very disappointed in the service at this store. If the Manager doesn't care neither will her workers.
I hope this is taken care of immediately, I am very big on Customer Service, which this Store did not have any.
