Ross Dress for Less review: That am not full time

So at the end of July of this month it will make 1 year that I’ve worked for Ross as a loss prevention specialist and within this year I’ve been passed up for full time 3 different times recently they hired someone and today he tells me that they have him full time the other 2 guys that I got passed for quit right after they got full time and as of right now we have 4 sps and am the only girl but I work hard to deter theft and care about my duties the other guys don’t do nothing but talk about people and one of them is always high and he’s full time it really frustrates me that they can give me full time hours when they have no one but then when they hire they cut my hours and push me to the side
