I went to the Napa Target store on Soscol and asked an employee named Eric for help. He seemed irritated that I had asked him a question. He cut me off and told me, without even looking up from what he was doing, that they didn't carry the product I was looking for so I decided to get a similar product instead. First thing I enter the aisle, I found the exact brand I was looking for. Eric was very rude and shouldn't have answered my question if he didn't know the answer. He didn't even try to help. If he didn't know the answer to my question, he should have told me he didn't know.
I asked for help because I didn't know where the aisle was. I found it on my own, but it would have been faster and easier if he had told me. My main issue was not finding the item, it was his rudeness.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Target - lecherous employee
My girlfriend and I visited the Napa Target on Soscol and we approached an employee to ask for assistance. This employee was Eric, a large man with a beard. He answered our question, but he leered at my girlfriend the entire time he spoke to us. If this wasn't bad enough, he followed us around the store whilst pretending to re-arrange merchandise, continuing to leer. We should have filed a complaint, but he was quite creepy and we both wanted to leave as soon as possible. I have e-mailed Target about this incident, but I have decided to post here as well, with the intent of ensuring that the public know about this.

I thought it was perverted for an older man to be leering at a teenage girl, especially when he's at work.
ok fellow, lol you make it sound like your girlfriend is gorgeous, if you filed a complaint it wasnt necessary to complain on here aswell. now your just looking for attention. you sound like your making this story up about your unrealistic gf. i mean what the problem if your gf was really hot you should be happy that guys are staring because they cant have what you have.
If you havn't done so already, Target teamplayer, you need to read Adam's comment about working with Eric. He has a history of doing this kind of thing. I'm glad this comment was restored after Archer whined and had it removed. I'm also glad Archer was banned, "I like boys but I don't want to like boys so I'll log onto an internet complaint board and complain about how everything is gay except me." What a [censored].

Archerop got himself banned with petty, unprovoked name-calling. It isn't 321Adam's fault that Archerop called him a ### when nothing about his comment suggested he was gay.
archer is a homophobe. he knows it. you know it.i know it. he obsesses over other peoples behaviour because he really wants to do it himself.

i disagree, sadly enough guest are lazy as hell, target is a big store i understand that. but the fact is employee can never please the guest. 2 reason, if we say we dont carry that product u will go look anyways. reason 2, if we say we dont know, then ull complain to our superior that why should we be hired if we dont know where the product is. Either way its a lose and lose situation for us target employee. Next time use your brain and call target if they have the item before coming in and starting problems.
Everybody who works at Target is rude. Why would you expect anything different?
