Chipotle Mexican Grill - Steak

Hello I have been eating at chipotle for a long time... But today I ordered the Steak burrito and Steak taco and it was the worse cut of beef I ever had.. The meat was so tough, It was like chewing on string.. I hope this is not your new recipe for steak.. If so I will not eat there any more. Also I tried to pay for my order with my gift card and she told me you no longer take gift cards.. so what will happen to my balance on my card.. Attached Picture below, I had to chew up and spit out meat..
