Worst Customer experience EVER. At the Pasadena store on Sierra Madre my father pre-paid, pre ordered 3 hams for Christmas, and picked them up on a broken foot. He was shorted one ham, and the store manager Mercedes refused to make good on his order even though he had a receipt to prove his purchase. Mercedes told him to call the corporate offices to complain, and then gave him the wrong # for Honeybaked corporate offices. So thanks Honeybaked for ruining another families Christmas Dinner. I have done some homework and read reviews for the Pasadena, and company reviews overall, and they are terrible! It seems as if the company does not care at ALL about customer service, satisfaction, or giving customers what they order & pay for. Never in my customer experience life have I been so horrified. I have worked in the food & customer service industry for 15 years, this behavior is 100% unacceptable from a business.

In November I order 2 hams to be delivered December 15th (one to be shipped to Seminole, FL and 1 to be shipped to Nacogdoches, TX) After a dozen phone calls to your customer service department (being hung up on the last call) if finally find out my ham will be delivered on the 22nd which made it totally worthless to me as I had 45 people coming for lunch on Sunday December 20th.
Since I needed a ham for the 20th, I had to purchase another ham of $71.22.
At last my order arrives of the 22nd only to discover that not only was the bacon and Bratwursrt not frozen they were totally defrosted and warm. These went directly in the trash since I’m not fond of food poisoning. The ham which I no longer needed nor had a place to stored was donated to charity.
Today my discover bill arrived and to mt surprise I have the following charges:
12/7 a credit for $ 93.48
12/13 a charge for 93.48
12/14 a charge for 150.70
12/15 a charge for 103.90
Needless to say, I am not a satisfied customer.
This was emailed to you on Dec 17th . Plus I have called you at least 5 times. Yet no one has responded.
I contacted Discover card this morning.
