Redding ca Hartnell location. I drove up. No one there, men walked up
From back lot. Man asked me what I wanted, told him an oil change and that I have fleet with car advise and Instacart. he. Quoted over $90and Brushed me off and said ya it will discount inside. Once inside he was blunt and rude couldn’t find my name, found my husbands. I said no, my name is in the system with the fleet info. He said only my husbands name came up. I said can you try again, I always come here and my info pops up. He blew up and said get out of this office, told his guys to get my car off of the line. I asked to speak to a manager where he replied that he was the district general manager, I told him I was going to file a complaint. I’ve never been treated poorly at this location, there is usually a different guy there. If he’s your district manager, you made a poor choice. He has no customer service skills and obviously anger issues. I did not feel safe in your store.
Desired outcome: He shouldn’t be working with the public, he has a chip on his shoulder, I did not feel safe at your store. He’s dangerous
