I ordered:
3- a la carte pot pies = top crust was over cooked, and filling was dry
2- 5-piece chicken strips combos = over cooked and tasted like burnt cardboard
1- 8-piece meal = dry and breading was thin, large mac and cheese only a half full bowl with a little more than a small size (could have fit in the paper bowl size container), and I ordered coleslaw not mashed potato and gravy, but I received mashed with gravy and looked at the receipt and they didn't even put the correct order. All of this was wrong and then to top it all off I called to have it corrected by the location that it was ordered from and when after thirty minutes of calling and calling when the phone was finally answered as I was stating my discrepancy I was put on hold and left on hold until the call was dropped.
Now, I paid $80.41 and the gas that my car takes to go from my house to there and back. For that price ($100 total cost estimate) this should not only be a well-presented meal but, I should be at least given the time of day to make my meal right if it was wrong and a little decency and to keep me from blasting y'all with bad reviews on every platform that I can.!

Desired outcome: I want my money back and the money to make up for the gas wasted on your drive thru and trip to and from this location to my home

So I have to waste more of my damn near $5 dollar per gallon gasoline that will not be replaced to get my refund for food that y'all are responsible ("as your sign on the front counter states") for ensuring that it is grade A quality and failed to deliver. That's some BS if you ask me. Y'all should be ashamed of this.
