I stood in line today for 20 minutes at the only cash register with a light on at the Ross Store on Magnolia in Riverside, CA. As I got next in line the lady asked if I had a purchase and I said yes. She said I was in the wrong line and had to go get behind the others in another line that had formed long after I had already been standing there. I told her I was here first and went to the only cashier in the store with the only light on.
She proceeded to ignore me and called all the others who were there long after I stood there waiting.
Suffice it to say, I left my $200 worth of clothes and shoes in the cart and walked out. I will never shop there again. Over the last seven years I have spent thousands at that store. You have lost a great a nd loyal customer!
Burlington is across the street, and they will now have all my business as well as all my friends.
If you fire that rude manager with the brown hair in a bun I may return, but only if she is gone permanently.
You don't treat customers like that and if you do you have no business being a manager. I am a Sales Rep for a large corporation...
Desired outcome: Fire the rude manager
