At the end of last year I noticed that there was something wrong with my bank account. It was overdrawn over 11,000 and I never had 11,000 in my account. I don’t see how they keep paying the charges when there was no money in the account. They never paid my charges when I had a zero balance. In addition to this any money that was deposited or direct deposited was taken to cover this 11,000 Whenever I asked about it they said they were still investigating. I’m a retired teacher. I could not afford to lose thousands of dollars. I have some text messages from a fake Wells Fargo that I was corresponding with. They may be behind this. I’ll send them to you.
Desired outcome: I would like my money back and my account reinstated. I also would like the people at fault to be held accountable.
