I had a residential propane account #[protected] with Amerigas. They supplied propane and the propane tank. I closed my account with Amerigas on January 31, 2023 and asked that the propane tank be picked up. My account was paid in full. I was told by Amerigas that their tank would be removed "soon." However, the tank was not removed. On March 1, I spoke with an Amerigas Supervisor, Peter, who advised me the tank would be picked up on or before March 14, 2023. The tank was not picked up by March 14. On March 15, 2023, I again called Amerigas and spoke with a Supervisor who advised me the pickup request would be expedited and someone from the Resolution Department would contact me that day or by the next day. I received no contact from Amerigas. On March 16, I spoke with Ann, another Supervisor at the Amerigas Resolutions Department who advised me that she would contact the Scheduling Department to have the tank picked up. The tank was not picked up. On March 20, 2023, I spoke with Murphy in the Amerigas Customer Service Department who assured me the tank was scheduled for pickup on April 6, 2023. It is now April 17, 2023, and Amerigas has still not picked up its propane tank. I would appreciate your urgent attention to this matter. Amerigas has left its tank in my front yard for more than 75 days. All of the assurances from Amerigas have proven false. I would really appreciate your help in getting Amerigas to IMMEDIATELY pick up its propane tank from my property at 540 Fowler Lane in Diamond Springs, CA. Thank you.
Desired outcome: Immediate pick up by Amerigas of its propane tank at 540 Fowler Lane, Diamond Springs, CA 95619

I have had the same tank sitting in my yard for 2 1/2 years. I have called numerous times even after i was billed for the yearly tank lease and it still sits. I will be finally a motion to take control of the tank as personal property since it is technically abandoned.
I have the exact same issue with Amerigas.
But my issue started well before the failure to pick up my tank as they promised multiple times.
I discontinued my service with them because they dropped off a new tank and did NOT install it. This went on for 3 months.
I need my refund, you've held my money for over 60 days, I need my refund. This is theft by keeping my money. AmeriGas is to big of a company and can't or won't take care of there customers.
