The franchise are location that's on Sierra college in Rocklin California does not have a number that you can reach someone a fax machine answering service comes on. I failed to get my receipt however I was unable to eat my meal as it was not edible. My burger was soggy and unedible within 5 minutes of leaving the place. My burger had way too much mayonnaise ketchup which I did not ask for in the burger was abnormally soggy. I drive trucks with deadline so I was not going to turn around.
Desired outcome: Refund with no receipt. Try getting receipt number cannot reach store. No one answers the phone
