My husband and I dined at this establishment tonight, july 28 2022. When we first walked in we asked to be seated outside. The hostess said that they were not sitting people outside. We were seated inside. We ordered drinks that would come from the bar. While waiting we watched to hostess seat people who asked to sit outside... Outside! We then waited 40 minutes to get our drinks. The drink was horrible! We then waited a total of an hour to get out food that was cold! We complained to our waiter several times. He complained about the establishment as well. We did not get any offer of a discount. The bathroom was so disgusting. I will be making sure to let others know how bad the staffing was! I can't believe anyone who works there would think this is ok. Honestly we should have been comped for this lack of service! Our final check of $116 was at 10:13pm on 7/18/22
Desired outcome: I would like so sort of voucher for sure!!
