We dined here today 9/27/23 around 5:30. From the start we were rushed to order she kept asking to take our menus she never mentioned anything about it being happy hour. Once the food came 3 entrees had to be returned do to the food being over cooked and cold. We asked how we could get the Landry deal she said you have to talk to your server which was her the whole time. we then asked about the kids eat for 99 cents she said I have to ask my manager about that.It took her a while to come back she then said that deal is for lsc members or lcu then I said that's not what your website says she said ok I'll get the manager he comes out rushed over and was annoyed we asked him about getting the Landry deal he just ignored that question like it wasn't even asked.Then i showed him the website then me scrolls and says ma'am this deal is only for lcu customers it says it right there. the website I have doesn't say that I took a screen shot. So once we paid through our phones we went to the front and asked about the Landry deal then he rushed back over and asked the hostess was everything okay she said yes she wants to get that Landry deal then he says ok step over here I'll help you.I got the impression he thought we didn't have money or didn't pay for our food. needless to say I won't be back service is poor and food is over cooked badly
