I placed an online order in front if the manager Dio Perez at the Harbor and Chapman location in orange county. He stated my order never came through his system. Even after providing proof of payment. When I asked for a refund I was told there was nothing he could do. I'm not sure where orwhy there was a miscommunication but the fact that he couldn't provide a refund or the food items ordered is beyond me.

Joe's Crab Shack Waitlist procedure

Joe's waitlist procedure is absolute garbage! At Joe's Crab Shack in Sacramento CA, We were told it would be about a 45 min wait and were #6 on the list, however after 25 Min We were now listed #8 on the list with a 45 min wait! We asked, and we were told that we were bumped by vip club members with a lot of points!?! We of course left at that point after wasting 25 min waiting because when would the bumping end? How long are we peasants supposed to wait! Way to tell your customers that they don't matter, and are unimportant when compared to these "vip" internet dining club members. Unless this policy changes I'll never be back, and If I do decide to try to eat there again I will ask first if this policy is still in place, and if so I'll just leave. My family and I have been coming to Joe's for the last 15 years during our trips to Sacramento CA and we have never been treated this poorly. It's been our tradition to eat at Joe's Crab Shack at least once per trip, but looks like we will have to change that now. End this junk policy, whatever wizard at Joe's first came up with this practice should be terminated or sent back to remedial customer service classes. Seriously! What were you thinking.

Desired outcome: End this waitlist policy, and compensate my family for waisting our time.

My husband, my child and I went to Joe's Crab Shack by the Harbor in San Diego and we were there at around 7 and the hostess and the person I ordered from Janeth stated that we could not dine in that they are only taking orders to go. I ordered from Joe's Crab Shack all the time I ordered on the 11th of May 2021 and the quality wasn't fresh watery no salt and when I spoke to the manager she's saying it was good and my husband and I is saying no it was not good. Over all terrible experience - The food was Awlful - fish Mahi-Mahi was raw - the alternate fish was horrible as was the crab cake. As leaving the restaurant my son fell and got hurt on April 29th 2021. No one from the Restaurant called and No one from Risk Management from Landry parent company has called as of this post. I had to find my server to get my salad, refills and the bill. Salad was so brown it was disgusting. Also, the salad was warm. My crab cake sandwich was a joke. Bun was burnt, lettuce again was warm and brown and wilted. The crab cake was mush and greasy. The whole experience was a bad nightmare. I wish I had taken photos of the salad and crab cake. The pic I did take was taken at the end of the meal.

Wanted to go for my birthday dinner. On the 28th. Started calling 27th 8 pm continued calling until 3 pm the 28th. NO ONE ANSWERED not ever a recording. Get to the restaurant on the 28th and am told there is a 1to2 hour wait. Lady was a raging [censored]. Said you should have called. So went to Joe's in Corpus Christi and there are several tables open and they won't seat us. They put us on a waiting list saying there were people ahead of us to be seated outside but no one around waiting. We ask for an inside table. Joe's Crab Shack Waitlist

I made a huge effort to drive an hour to take my bf to dinner yesterday, put us on the waiting list, arrived when it said our table would be ready in 5 mins to be told thats not accurate and we have a 4 hour wait and 96 people ahead of us, I never received a text saying anything but we were on the list. She said I should have got a new text saying they were not taking anymore reservations and I never did. She said we stopped taking them at 1:30. But I received confirmation at 1:31. So dissatisfied. The man at the door wasn't wearing his mask and cussing talking to his co-workers the time we were waiting. Im glad I didn't spend my money here. Thia was the downtown sacramemto location. He had his longer black hair pulled in a man bun of some sort. Whoever was zt the door around 530 was terrible. Terrible service.

Desired outcome: Respect and a apology. Maybe a new manager.

Joe's Crab Shack Dine in

Today 1/31/2021 we visited the Sevierville TN location at 12:01 pm soon as the doors opened and had two parties. My party bill was 135.43 and the 2nd group with me had a bill of 60.75. When we ordered we wasn't told the steam pots were pre-packaged and not seasoned and when we got our food it was ice cold. I ordered the chicken fingers platter and left them on the plate. They was cold and soggy and had zero taste. The cole slaw tasted like it had been ran thru water and that's all. The mussels weren't cooked completely as they weren't opened and the clam chowder soup tasted like pure water. We love Joe's Crab Shack and that's why we are a Landrey's member but today we were all super super disappointed. No way should anyone pay 200 dollars for that food. Joe's Crab Shack Service

Went to Joes Crab shack for the husbands birthday. There was 13 of us. Server acted like he didn't want to serve us.
When I got there, I didn't see the step down and fell. I hit my knee very hard on the floor and hit my face on a table. A couple of workers yelled "are you okay" but not one came to help me. My husband helped me up. The server did give me a bag of ice for my knee. Not one manager came by to ask how I was doing.
We had to go find someone to get refills
We will not be going back to this establishment for quite a while
