We always come to pigeon forge every year on this week because tonight is our 4yr wedding anniversary and go to Joes. We came tonight and I ordered a Cajun bucket and the wife ordered some kind seafood feast with several types of shrimp. We received our food and right away my wife’s shrimp was cooked completely dry like rubber so we waited on another fresh order that eventually came so we just boxed everything to go back to our hotel so after getting back here 2.7 miles away I started eating my order and to my surprise my shrimp was over cooked as well and all around was terrible. The reason we left was because the music was entirely to loud for our newborn and the wait was to long…I will say this I find the quality of this food absolutely horrible and I’m not sure if we will come back here again we live 4hrs away.
Joe's Crab Shack - Dinner at the Sevierville TN location
I am a longtime customer and fan of Joe's Crab Shack. Tonight I had dinner with my daughter and two gran-daughters at the Sevierville TN location. Our dining experience was quite disappointing, first the restaurant had a stale gush odor emitting as we opened the door to enter. The floors were as slick as ice due to them being greasy. I had to ask for our table to be wiped down because it was so sticky. The service was excellent, but overall the food was not at the normal Joe's standard for taste and freshness we are accustomed to Joe's. The appetizer (Mozzarella Bricks) was overcooked and the cooked in old grease. In the order of tacos, my granddaughter said we're tasteless and she only ate one of three. The three Atlantic steamer pots were ok but did not have the freshness usually served at Joe's and the side order of clams were Luke warm. With gratuity, my bill was $223.00 dollars, a lot of money spent for such a disappointing meal.
I'm very hesitant to use this location again and seeing it's the only location in my area it will be a longtime until I return.

Desired outcome: For you to do the right thing and look into the Sevierville TN location and address the overall operations at yhat restaurant.
Joe's Crab Shack - Shrimp Ensemble/East Coast Platter
Half of the food on each meal was cold. Items were not available, and substituted. The clams looked about 2 days old and appeared as though they had been reheated. We had to have fresh ones brought out. My fish came completely out of the breading. This was by far the worse food we have ever received at Joe's.
Joe's Crab Shack - Missing order that’s was paid for
I was visiting gatlinburg Tennessee and my family wanted joe crab shack Tuesday night.
We stopped places a fairly large order $140 and waited 40 mins to get it to go.
It was 8:51 when we received our food and the restaurant was closing at 9.
When we arrived home the order was short 1/2 pound of shrimp…. I tried to call knowing people would be in the restaurant Cleanning but there was no answer
The next morning, the manager was extremely rude and said he could not and would not refund my $12 and that it should of been taken care of the night before. I've never had this bad of service from a business ever in my life.
I'll be rating this business monthly until I'm tired of rating it.

I have never sent a complaint about a restaurant before but tonight 5/29/2021 we ate dinner at Joe's Crab Shack at the food was absolutely terrible. We brought our daughter for her birthday. We had a party of five and overpaid 141.50 and left a 30.00 tip because our waiter did a great job. Our food was suppose to come with hushpuppies and cole slaw. I am so disappointed that we wasted so much money for such a terrible meat.
