Joe's Crab Shack review: Service

Hello Corporate,

I would like to Register a complaint about the Joe's Crab Shack experience the we had at the Fort Myers, FL Restaurant on 1st street and because of this we will not be returning ever again.

Saturday 10/7/2023 my husband and I went with two friends to celebrate his 70th Birthday. We joined the Club and both received coupons for free appetizers but my friend also had a coupon for a free piece of cake for his Birthday. The appetizer coupons were honored but they refused to honor my friends Birthday coupon for a slice of cake. My husband and I would have ordered a slice of cake , had his been honored. Between the 4 of us, we spent $250.00 +. I understand about not being able to use two coupons such as a free appetizer and a free dessert. This was not the case, this was a coupon from Joe's Crab shack club as a gift for his birthday, not a free dessert.

The manager's name was Drew and I forgot our server's name, but she was wonderful. It is a shame that because of a piece of cake, what $2.50-5.00 to loose customers that spend $250.00 or more. There is a lot of competition out there and we won't be driving from Port Charlotte to Joe's Crab shack.
