We ordered 2 queen buckets. Extra corn add 1 sausage 2 Pina coladas a shot, garlic bread, 1 coke 1 sweet tea. stuffed mushrooms at 7:40 it is now 9:22pm our server was Madeline … the mushrooms were not all the way cooked one was cold In the middle. The pina coladas were in a regular glass. The crab tasted like a straight salt. Our sever was busy but I waited 20 minutes then approached a group of servers. They remade my crab with the same result. The buckets were charged at 47$ not 38$ and I was so mad about it all I just left as it all got worse continually. Not only the disappointment as we have not been able to make it to Joe's since September. Also the manager not coming out to speak with us. Then the incorrect charge for the food. Also no one ever answers the phone there.
Desired outcome: I want them to cover our next 100$ spent there. And teach the new cook how to cook the mushrooms and the bar tender the correct size goblet glass

My husband and I made reservations for Joe's Crab Shack in Galveston, TX on Saturday, March 27 at 730pm. Upon arrival, I checked in with the hostess and told him about the reservation. I also stated I wanted an outdoor patio table. He informed me it would be just a few mins. We continue to see people come in and were immediately seated. About 20 mins later my husband asked if we were going to be seated and again was asked if we had a reservation which responded yes at 730. It was 8pm at this point. We were seated in the dining area and once our waiter arrived approximately 20 mins later I informed him that I had requested the patio. We were moved to the patio and approximately 20 mins later our other waiter arrived to take our drink order. Due to us already knowing what our food order would be we went ahead and order food as well as the drinks. About 15 mins later our drinks arrived which was a water and a sweet tea. After an hour and a half our food had still not arrived. I went in the building and informed our waiter we wanted our food to go at that point. About 15 mins later he brought us our food. I had ordered crawfish which was supposed to include corn and potatoes. My husband ordered fish taco which did not have creamy cilantro sauce on it. After all this they stuff required us to pay the full price for our meal. Honestly we expected them to give us some sort of discount due to the horrible service, but they did not. The service and food was horrible. This is the first time we have ever had a problem with Joe's food or service. Very disappointing.
