My bank told me that my payment has been sent to public storage on June 30 for the July payment. Public storage didn't have enough representatives to input my information and held it out until you sent me a email telling me that my payment was delinquent. They claim that since it was not the full amount because my payment amount has changed they didn'tPut it in. Instead sent me a notice telling me that they had not received payment. After that I received several emails with different amounts finally speaking to someone to clear this up they ended up finalizing telling me how much I/O old I paid that amount and they're still holding my storage unit hostage.
I have two witnesses who saw the harrassment from the staff
Desired outcome: Provide me extra time to get my belongings out …i could have removed my items by now but the are harassing me
