Public Storage review: Public storage/orange door insurance

My storage was broken into by one of staff, they called and told me it had been broken into, I made police report and sent inventory worksheet$5k which only repaid one of my husbands welding machines but how do you show receipts for family airlooms like deceased mothers wedding rings or pictures, stuff we bought at flea market or yard sales, our expensive tools receipts were with tools for safe keeping (yeah right) police watched the footage, just to be denied, all his tools were stolen plus sentimental items, we lost my wedding dress, this has totally messed with our livelihood, then I go to public storage to talk to them and none was there, kiosk didn't work, security guy that lives in car and his mother lives in storage unit, the guy threatened my husband because he came thru office door and didn't push in code, he went looking for employee, I would not wish public storage on my worst enemy
