When making an appointment they have a third party make appointments. Not knowledgeable of who you should see for your specific services needed and they don’t communicate with the offices at all. Very much confusion. Came for an orthopedic appointment and got a consultation and exrays . ( in which my daughter complained that they hurt her back). Also got no where. They referred me to pediatric dentist. Called and tryed to make an appointment but still some confusion as who I needed to see and what day they are there. So I was fed up. I called the other office and made an appointment. Called actual office to confirm this is the appointment I needed to make. But was informed that they don’t take transfers from other clinic. Also clinic they referred me to won’t make an appointment for me due to my frustration and also the hesitation of driving 2 hours to sign paperwork. Beyond frustrated.
Desired outcome: Let my daughter be treated by the only office near me that takes her insurance. Zoom appointment and email paperwork.
