I took the greyhound bus on December 1st 2018 and the encounter was the worst service I ever receive and the customer service rep was very rude first of all the bus was late and I missed my bus I have a disability and the customer service rep was extremely rude and was not helpful at all I told him I live in Chicago and I was visiting with my sick mother in san bernardino California and he tried to charge me a none refundable fee for a ticket after I explain to him I didn't have any money left after purchasing my bus ticket for 224$ my daughter had to call the greyhound bus company to company me with getting a ticket to get home and also my baggage was lost and it didn't arrive in Chicago until 2 days later
I don’t feel that greyhound is a reliable source of transportation they customer care departments are very unprofessional
