I purchased glasses from LensCrafters in March. I did not like the original pair...this store is terrible and no one assists you with styling their are more concerned with chatting and gossiping. I ended up exchanging the glasses and it took them 15 days to make them and another week for me to have to call them to ask if they were ready because I hadn't heard from them. I did not like the 2nd pair I received either because their lab made a mistake and one of the lenses was noticing larger then the other, the glasses looked ridiculous...even the employee noticed it and commented on how obvious this mistake was. They sent the frames to a new lab and once again I had to wait 15 days for the glasses to be made. In the end I decided the glasses were simply too heavy and very uncomfortable. The day I picked them up the gentleman told me I had 30 days to return them if I don't like them YET when I went back to return them I was refused the opportunity and met with attitude and them throwing papers at me with statements saying 30 days from ORIGINAL purchase? Ummm why on earth did he tell me if I don't like them I have 30 days? That has always been their policy. She even called me a LIAR and said he wouldn't have said that! HE DID! How on earth could I return the 2nd pair if I didn't like them (I didn't) if they took a month to make the 2nd pair?! What sense does that make sense? She wouldn't even listen to me when I tried to explain that and the [censored]y other lady was simply saying "March...no we arnt taking them...she wouldn't even hear me out or take into consideration THEY took a month to make the 2nd pair! I can not believe these people and I should have listened to the terrible yelp reviews and simply not gone there. The girl who "helped me" Roleen Szczublewski was so unprofessional, not knowledgeable at all and left me waiting for nearly 20 minutes so she could print a paper with their "policy" if she had to take 20 minutes to print it then where is it on the paperwork I was given? Why couldn't she show it to me on sjomething LensCrafters gives you when you purchase glasses? The WORST part in my opinion is if I was told when I picked them up I have 30 days they should have honored that...PERIOD. LensCrafters is completely shady. I will NEVER go their again!
